Joyce Delto wins Trophee Vert 5th Leg

Today’s Prix de la Ville de Villeneuve Sur Lot (Trophee Vert leg 5, purse50,000€,  2600 meters distance handicap,15 starters ages 6-10) at Hippdrome Villeneuve Sur Lot  saw front stepping Joyce Delto (6f Scipion du Goutier-Satalie Pierji-Joyau d’Amour) at 3/1 odds  hold on for the 1.14.2kr harness racing victory on the fast grass.

Ayneric Thomas reined, trains and bred  the winner for Ecurie Delto as she won for the ninth time in 23 starts for 154,145€ earned.

Finishing second was 3.8/1 odds Imperial Beji (7f Oiseau de Feux) with Alexis Collette up for trainer S.G, DuPont and owner Bernard Ponge. Third home was 16/1odds Hall Black Mess (8g Village Mystic) for trainer/driver Christophe Chalon and owner Franck Charbit.

Yesterday at Enghien-Soisy Jean Michel Bazire teamed the two winners of the featured events. The Prix du Rhone (purse 71,000€, 2150 meters autostart, 15 European starters ages 5-7) went to 3.3/1 odds Killer Fromentro (5m Villiam-Caryatide-Ready Cash) with JMB  driving for Nicolas Bazire training for Scuderia Mistero Srl. 

This one now has two career wins in nine starts in FR for 241,255€. Karala de Pradd (5fLook de Star) was second at 6.4/1 odds for Alexandre Abrivard, trainer L.CX. Abrivard at Ecurie Philippe David the breeder/owner. Karlito (5m Ready Cash-Carlita) was home third at 12/1 odds for Yoann Lebourgeois.

In the Prix de L’Obelisque (purse75,000€, 2150meters autostart. 13 European staters ages 7-11)  JMB drove 2/1 odds Hubble du Vivier (8g Vulcain du Vivier-Minnie du Vivier)to a1.12.5kr timed score. Nicolas Bazire trains this Mario Xeureb owned nine time winner in 59 starts for 366,400€ that Ecurie Jean Yves Lecuyer bred.

Toto Borosso (8g Ready Cash-Bibi Barosso) was second at 12/1 for Franck Ouvrie while 3.2/1 odds Eros Zola (9g Zola Boko) took third for Theo Duvaldestin.
