Today’s Paris-Vincennes features Prix Comte Pierre de Montesson (Gr. I, purse 200,000€, 2700 meters, 14 starters three year old open) saw 1.3/1 odds harness racing favorite Maitre Jacques (3m Rolling d’Heripre-Adelie) make the favorite status stand with a comfortable victory driven by Alexandre Abrivard.
Laurent Claude Abrivard trains the winner for breeder/owner Jacques Cottel as their charge recorded a fourth victory in six career starts now for 174,070€ earned.
Race time was 1.14.1kr off very modest early fractions. The 3.9/1 Mille Etoiles (3f Prodigious-Electra Green) earned second with Jean Michel Bazire aboard for Scuderia Mistero Srl and trainer Nicolas Bazire. This one was bred by Jean Philippe Dubois.
The 6.2/1 odds Mack de Blary (3m Face Time Bourbon-Hermoine de Blary) landed third for driver Theo Duvaldestin, trainer Thierry Duvaldestin and owner Philippe Beauvisage. Missandei (3f Village Mystic) was fourth at 21/1 with Benjamin Rochard aboard followed by Morality (3f Rocklyn) at 41/1 odds for Julien Dubois, Masina de Tillard (3f Face Time Bourbon) at 109/1 for Clement Duvaldestin and 17/1 Monzon Normand (3m Hohneck) was seventh with Yoann Lebourgeois up.

On today’s undercard was the Prix d’Orthez (Gr. III, [purse 90,000€, 2850 meters, 13 European starters four year olds open) where 7/10 odds favorite Lissandro (4m Ready Cash-Fantasia Dream) scored timed in 1.14.4kr with Jean Michel Bazire driving for Ecurie des Charmes (owner and breeder) and trainer Nicolas Bazire.
Lissandro now sports six carer wins in 12 starts for 169,565€ earned. Home second was 7.3/1 odds Light My Fire (4m Ready Cash-Reethi Rah Jet), the brother to Bold Eagle, reined by Franck Nivard for Ecurie Hunter Valley (owner and breeder) and trainer Sebastien Guarato. Louvre de Reve d’Or (4f Bold Eagle-Charmeuse de Simm) landed third at 23/1 odds with Benjamin Rochard driving for trainer Marc Sassier.
L’As Desbois (4m Booster Winner) at 9/1 odds was fourth for trainer Nicolas Bazire followed by Fil Ek (4m Ringostarrr Treb-Ukase Ek) at 42/1 with Paul Philippe Ploquin up, 11/1 Le Star Roc (4f Aldo des Champs) for Yoann Lebourgeois and seventh finishing First Time Roc (4m Face Time Bourbon) at 67/1 for Bjorn Goop.

Also on the undercard was the Prix du Pontavice de Heussey (Gr. III monte, purse 90,000€, 2175 meters, eight European starters ages 6-11) that saw 2.6/1 I Can Dream (7f Ubriaco-North America-And Arifant) score easily timed in a quick 1.10.5 off fast fractions.
Jockey Alexandre Abrivard reined the L.C. Abrivard trainee that LCA also owns. The winner now has 10 career wins in 35 starts for 465,166€. Her dam North America bred by Jean Pierre Dubois won 525,570€.
Finishing a distant second was 8.3/1 Gold Voice (9f Jas de Bellouet-Lovely de Paris) with Clement Frecelle in the irons for trainer Thomas Levesque and owner David Benchetrit.
Third was the 7/10 odds favorite Filwell (10g Qwerty-Regence) that set a fast pace and held gamely for jockey Adrien Lamy and trainer/owner/breeder Pierre Levesque. The 7.9/1 odds Imperial Coglais and 70/1 Galet Speed completed the top five.

A nice crowd was on hand for the superb racing and indoors activities for the families and especially kids. Many games like snowboard, basketball and the like kept the folks entertained and happy cheering for the winning children and horses.
