San Moteur wins STL Gold at Aby

San Moteur (7m Panne de Moteur-Aubg San Suu Kyi-Ready Cash), already an Amerique qualified performer, today tuned up by winning the STL Gold at Aby (purse to winner 17,200€, 2140 meters autostart, 10 starters) timed in 1.11.6kr.

He started from post 10 and advanced from seventh at the halfway mark to sweep to the front on the backside. He was off the 1.92/1 odds favorite and rewarded the backers of this Bjorn Goop trained and reined trotter owned by Stall Ardidssons AB. Dancer Brodde (5m Bold Eagle-Dancing in Thehall-Cantab Hall) was second at 17/1 with Peter Untersteiner aboard  and 60.4/1 Husse Boko (10g Chocolatier-Vintage Boko-Garland Lobell) took third for Gustav Johansson. On the undercard driver Magnus A. Djuse scored twice with Alessando Gocciadoro trainees. Esperia Font (4f Face Time Bourbon-Elenor Boko-Chocolatier) took the STL Diamanstoet with 12,900€ to the winner. She covered the 2140 meters autostart course timed in 1.13.9kr for her ninth career win in 26 starts. Off at 2,6/1 odds she defeated Nikki Lane and Chanel Trio.

The Djuse/Gocciadoro team also scored with Dea Sprint Bar (5f Muscle Hill-Lana del Rio-Varenne) in the STL Silver worth 10,750€ to the victor. Off at 2.7/1 favorite odds she bested Bottnas Boko at 6.4/1 and Midnight Special at 9.4/1 odds.
