Trophee Vert 5th leg held at Villeneuve Sur Lot

Gaudeo (7m Tsar de Tonnerre-Theresa) rallied down the lane to win the fifth harness racing leg of the Trophee Vert Series, this the Prix de la Ville de Villeneuve Sur Lot (purse 50,000€, 2600 meters distance handicap for 6–10-year-olds).

This was the 10^th career win for Gaudeo that now has 258,760€ earned. Altoine Dabouis handled the Michel Dabouis bred and trained performer that overcame a 25-meter handicap to win at 7.5/1 odds.

Dorshan (10g Jag de Bellouet-Tinou Madrik) was second at 20/1, he too overcoming a 25-meter penalty, with Antoine De Vaugiraud driving for trainer Patrick Terry. The 24/1 odds Eaulympik Gehera (9g Rockafeller Center) took third money for reinsman Robin Bouvier and trainer Benjamin Goetz. Foxtrot Nobless (8g Quinoa du Gers) was fourth at 32/1 also facing down a 25-meter handicap with Enzo Lelievre the driver/owner/trainer. Race time was unreported.
