The great Italian veteran Vivid Wise As (9m Yankee Glide-Temple Blue Chip) received an Elitloppet 2023 invite to join Etonnant, Horsy Dream and San Moteur. Owned by Scuderia Bivans Srl and trained by Alessandro Gocciadoro, the career winner of 2,719,788€ most recently won the Criterium de Vittesse de la Cote d’Azur at Cagnes sur Mer with a stirring late stretch surge with Matthieu Abrivard at the lines.

Vivid Wise AS has been invited to compete in the 2023 Elitloppet

He will reportedly start next on April 10 at Turin in the Gr. I Gran Premio Costa Azzurra. That lineup is shown below.

Some of the upper level trotteurs in France will compete on April 5th at Angers in the Gr. III Grand Prix Angers Loire Metropole that will have 16 horses at the start including the 1,025,000€ winner Earl Simon, now trained by Thierry Duvaldestin for whom he makes his first appearance.

This day at Feurs saw the Prix Societe Frederic Tiscot (LeTrot Open des Regions Centre-Estr for three year olds, purse 17,500€, 2050 meters autostart) on stage and 7/1 Kind Of You (3f Brillantissime-Mara Bourbon-And Arifant-Etta Extra) prevailed timed in 1.17.1kr.

Serge Peltier teamed the Jean Pierre Dubois bred and owned filly that J.A. Hernandez-Navarro trains.

21/1 Kelly du Lyonnais (3f Epic Jelry) has a half-length back second ahead of 1.6/1 favorite Kalie Wood (3f Memphis du Rib-Calita Wood-Goetmals Wood-Qualita Bourbon) with owner JPB driving for trainer Hernandez-Navarro

On March 29 at Marseille A Borely the 82-year-old Jean-Pierre Dubois won with Kiroman (3m Fabulous Wood) in the Prix de Cavaillon, his first driving victory this year. This race time was 1.14.7kr.
