The game pacesetter Etonnant (8m Timoko-Migraine) set a quick pace and just missed for Anthony Barrier and trainer/owner Richard Westerink at 2.9/1 odds. Hohneck (5m Royal Dream-Caranca) held third from a pocket trip for driver Francois Lagadeuc and owner/trainer Philippe Allaire.
