Zeudi AMG wins STL Gold at Hagmyren

The Alessandro Gocciadoro trained Zeudi AMG (8f Ideale Luis-Ironica Spin-Ganymede) swept to the front out of the final bend and moved on to a nearly two length harness racing victory in the STL Gold at Hagmyren (purse 150,000SEK to the winner or 12,990€, 1640 meters autostart, 10 starters).

Magnus A. Djuse was the winning catch driver for trainer AG and owner Merwestaal Racing Stables BV as this fine mare, off as the 2.19/1 odds favorite, secured her 28^th career win in 61 starts now for 3,010,161SEK earned. She was timed in 1.09.9kr for this her third 2023 victory in seven starts. The 5.7/1 Aetos Kronos (7m Bold Eagle-Will of a Woman-Muscles Yankee) escaped mid-stretch from being blocked on the pegs and he advanced to be second for driver Jorma Kontio, trainer Jerry Riordan and owners Team Snyder and Aetos Dios. Third home was Click Bait (7m Cantab Hall-Fun at Parties-Lindy Lane) rained by Per Lennartsson for legendary owner/trainer Stefan Melander. Inti Boko and Milliondollarrhyme completed the top five finishers.

There were several solid events on the undercard. The STL Silver (125,000SEK or 10,825€ to the winner, 2140 meters autostart, nine starters) went to Laredo Boko (5m Love You-Dakota Boko-Viking Kronos) timed in 1.11.8 and off at 6/1 odds with trainer Robert Bergh at the lines. Bergh has done will with sons of Love You.

The STL Klass II (110,000SEK or 9526€ to the winner, 1640 meters autostart, 12 starters) saw 3.12/1 odds Deeply Express (4g Readly Express-Lady Eowyn-Magnetic Power) score in 1.11.0kt with trainer Jimmi Ehlers the driver. He defeated longshots High On Life Vixi (4f Quite Easy) and Natural Mine (4g Nuncio).
