Horsy Dream takes 877,200€ Aby World Grand Prix

Horsy Dream (7m Scipion du Goutier-Bonanza du Closet-Prince Gede) made the front early in lap one and continued on to score in the Aby World Grand Prix (Gr. I International, 877,200€ purse, 3140 meters autostart, eight starters after scratch of Oracle Tile and Banderas Bi) to earn 516,000€ to the winner.

The distance was 3,140 meters autostart and the time was 1.12.0kr (mile rate 1:55.85) over the almost two-mile distance. The total purse was 10,200,000SEK or 877,200€. Trainer Pierre Belloche drove his trainee for owner Ecurie du Closet as regular pilot Eric Raffin was out injured from a training accident mid-week in France.

Horsy Dream was off as the 2.27/ odds favorite and bested 3.84/1 Francesco Zet (6m Father Patrick-Shaqline-Credit Winner) that sat third most of the distance and rallied late. Daniel Reden trains this one for Stall Zet and Orjan Kihlstrom was his teamster. High On Pepper (6g Ready Cash-Piece Of Work-Yankee Glide) was third for Jorma Kontio and trainer Katja Melkko at 13.2/1 odds. San Moteur at 3.4/1 and Get A Wisj at 32.4/1 completed the top five.

Horsy Dream now has a 23-4-4 slate in 46 career starts for 21,573,012SEK (1,855,279€) in career earnings.
