On North American harness racing tracks it’s all about speed over a mile trip, in Australia it’s a mix of both standing start and mobile features across a range of track sizes, in New Zealand it could be about an extreme two-mile contest or a grass track race featuring non-race winners and in Europe the champion trotter is celebrated as a king of the track.

AMERICAN REPLAY
Nicolle Kain reported on competitive Hollywood Gaming Dayton Raceway action on Saturday with Dover In Motion continuing a strong recent run of form with a win in their $25,000 Open Handicap. The in-form Dover In Motion crossing the wire in 1:53.1 six lengths in front of Flagman while Renegade Gypsy came in third.
CANADIAN REPLAY
Nicholas Barnsdale reported on a milestone run and a great victory to celebrate it on Saturday when Sicario (Holiday Road) went wire-to-wire to secure a memorable victory. The 1.58 proved to be the 40th victory of the career with Richard Moreau training for this win.
NEW ZEALAND REPLAY
Bruce Stewart reported on the Paul Renwick Joinery Motukarara Christmas Cup last week with the Telfer-trained Alta Meteor striking to turf to great effect to run away from a good field.
