On North American harness racing tracks it’s all about speed over a mile trip, in Australia it’s a mix of both standing start and mobile features across a range of track sizes, in New Zealand it could be about an extreme two-mile contest or a grass track race featuring non-race winners and in Europe the champion trotter is celebrated as a king of the track.

AMERICAN REPLAY
Steve Wolf reported on some competitive Yonkers Raceway action last week with Intothemysticmoon impressing and jumping intothemysticwinnerscircle too! In a tight finish Dougs Babe A and Uptown Hanover just missed out on the major prize as the 1:52.3 was enough to be declared the winner.
CANADIAN REPLAY
Nicholas Barnsdale reported on the Grey Sea parting the Fraser Downs track on Thursday of last week. it’s always nice to see a grey horse out on the track and being able to produce some great performances. You can see her 10th victory of the season, this time in the Mare and Fillies Preferred, below.
AUSTRALIAN REPLAYS
John Dunne reported on some of the biggest races on the Australasian racing calendar last week with the running of the Inter Dominion finals for both pacers and trotters. The winners, both of which were heavily favoured by the punters, didn’t disappoint, both turning in amazing efforts to score memorable victories.
Just Believe poured on the pressure to claim the trotting final almost effortlessly.
Leap To Fame, after early moves, made the most of a leading position to stride away from a classy field to claim the Inter Dominion Pacing Final.
