On North American harness racing tracks it’s all about speed over a mile trip, in Australia it’s a mix of both standing start and mobile features across a range of track sizes, in New Zealand it could be about an extreme two-mile contest or a grass track race featuring non-race winners and in Europe the champion trotter is celebrated as a king of the track.

USA REPLAY
Nicolle Kain was back reporting on some Yonkers Invitational action for on the 8th of July, Desperate Man looking like he was desperate to get to the winning post when taking out the $39’000 feature. Matt Kakaley steered the son of Shadow Play to an emphatic victory in 1.50.3. Rocknroll Runa A finished in second while Hemsworth N rounded off the top three positions.
CANADIAN REPLAY
Nicholas Barnsdale covered some of the competitive Ontario Sires Stakes Gold series racing out of Woodbine Mohawk Park on Friday. One of those to impress being Monalishi (Green Manalishi) The Jody Jamieson driven filly proving too strong for race rivals, kicking clear to score in 1:55.3. to break her maiden in fine style. Exquisite Taste came second while Lil Sweet was the third past the post. Watch the display below.
NEW ZEALAND REPLAY
Bruce Stewart covered the strong win of the Telfer trained C C Arden at Addington on Friday night. The impressive 2yr-old dictated terms from the front of the race and saw off a major challenge late to bring up a maiden victory that’s sure to be only the start of things to come. The win came on the back of a late gallop when racing in behind Irish Storm recently.
AUSTRALIAN REPLAY
Terry Gange took time to report on the exciting prospect in In Excess on Saturday, the son of Bettor’s Delight taking out the Burwood Stud South East Derby for Queensland trainer Darrel Graham and young gun reinsman Angus Garrard. Dele Row and Major Hot battled out the minor placings in the feature. The winner will now forge forward towards the Queensland Derby in two weeks time. Catch the action below.
