Former Kiwi harness racing champion Changeover, who stands at Burwood Stud on Queensland’s Darling Downs, was credited with another two-year-old winner when Ima Chick Magnet led from end to end in 2:00.4 at Redcliffe on June 2.
The following night Mullum Boy, a three-year-old by Changeover, won on debut at the same track, providing his sire with his fourth individual three-year-old winner this year.
Changeover sired important winners on both sides of the Tasman last week.
Chiller Bay NZ, a five-year-old gelding, was a very impressive winner in a career-bets 1:54.5 at his Australian debut at Menangle, Rakasinc NZ posted his 15th success with a 1:55.2 effort at Gloucester Park, and Dreaminsover won for the fourth time at Addington, New Zealand.
Other NSW winners sired by Changeover have been Controversial NZ (Bankstown) and Just Ralph, a winner in 1:57.5 at Wagga.
Changeover has sired 52 individual winners in Australia to date this season and they have amassed almost $700,000 in stakes.
