Having just his second start for new trainer Joe Pace, Harry Stamper proved too good for his rivals as he sprinted home in 56.1 and 27.6 to defeat Tough Love and Iron Love.

Bred in New Zealand by Bev Williamson and C & A Porter, Harry Stamper is out of the Sundon mare Dwindle Mist.

In total Majestic Son has sired and incredible 71 Southern Hemipshere stakes winners.

Another stakes horse for Vincent

Staroftheshow became the fourth stakes horse for first season sire Vincent when finishing third in the Group 1 APG Final at Melton on Saturday night.

It was his second placing from three starts and a breakthrough win looks imminent.

On Friday night Vinke B, also a son of Vincent, finished third in the Group 2 NZ Welcome Stakes at Addington.

Vinke B finished off the race best in impressive fractions of 55.7 and 25.9.

A veteran of just two starts, Vinke B looks to have a very bright future.

A winner of four Group One’s himself, Vincent only started once as a two year old before returning as a three year old to win multiple Derbies and become the best horse of his age.
