Addington wins at Canterbury Business Awards

Addington Raceway & Events Centre is thrilled to announce that last night at the 2015 Champion Canterbury Business Awards Ceremony held at the Horncastle Arena in Christchurch it was announced that we took out the Award in the Retail/Hospitality Category for Medium to Large Enterprises.

Addington’s Chief Executive Dean McKenzie commented “Although our business has been part of the fabric of our city for over 100 years, it would be fair to say that it has changed dramatically, particularly in the last few years. Receiving this award certainly makes it feel like all that hard work has not gone unnoticed, which is always nice.” “I am sure our Board will join with me in thanking all our customers, members, suppliers and key partners who have all played a massive role in the transformation of our business. Without them we would simply not be where we are today.

But above all, we would like to thank and acknowledge our team for their hard ongoing work, enthusiasm and dedication to the organisation.

Amongst some tough competition we fought out the final with Black Betty and High Country Salmon.
