Bets of the week ringaround August 23rd

There are just the three meetings programmed in again this week but we are nearing the end of the quietest stretch of harness racing in the new season.

The New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club host a meeting tonight at Addington raceway, while the Auckland Trotting Club hold their second mid- August racenight at Alexandra Park on Friday night.

Gore host their August meeting at on Sunday.

Last week the biggest winning dividend in the ringaround selections went to Jay Abernethy who thought The Hulk would be hard to beat last Thursday night at Cambridge Raceway.

The Hulk did win and paid $4.10 and $1.20 on the tote.
