Cup winner by Changeover

Jimmy Arma (Changeover) became the latest harness racing cup winner for former Kiwi champion Changeover when he overcame a 25 metre handicap to win the Motukarara Stayers Cup on the grass last Sunday (March 17).

It was the gelding’s ninth success and it lifted his stake tally to beyond $100,000.

Changeover was represented by winners in three Australian states last week. They included the Redcliffe winners My Ultimate Victor (1:55.8) and Mullum Boy, Party Changer (Marburg), Change Of Mind (Tamworth) and Justanextragrand (Globe Derby Park).

A pair of American winners by Changeover were Franco Totem NZ (1:51) and La Bella Vita NZ (1:55).

Changeover stands at Burwood Stud in Queensland’s lush Darling Downs region.
