Fairiesdelight, a South Australian-bred daughter of Bettor’s Delight, powered past her rivals in the home straight to win the $18,000 Fillies and Mares Open in 1:55.8 at Northfield Park, Ohio on Saturday (February 10). She now has earnings of $US172,924 with 23 victories from 110 starts.

The Riverina (NSW) bred gelding Rocknroll Runa extended his winning streak to four and led in an ANZAC quinella in the $15,000 Open at Saratoga Raceway, New York on Saturday night. He won in 1:53.2 defeating Slip The Hundy NZ, who led, by three-quarters of a length.
