The former Australian pacers Lochinvar Art (Modern Art), Leonidas (Mach Three) and Idealsomemagic (American Ideal) won three of the four $50,000 opening round harness racing divisions of the MGM Borgata Pacing Series at Yonkers Raceway on Monday (March 20).
Lochinvar Art, who is unbeaten in four starts in America, won by three lengths in 1:52.8, Leonidas, runner-up in the 2022 Borgata, scored in 1:52.2, while Idealsomemagic powered home in 1:52.

Amazing Dream and Lucky Artist both won $40,000 second leg divisions of the Blue Chip Matchmaker Series at Yonkers Raceway on Friday night (March 24).
A millionaire daughter of Bettor’s Delight, Amazing Dream defeated defending Matchmaker champion Drama Act after an epic tuslsle in 1:52 to keep her unbeaten record this year intact.
While, Lucky Artist took full advantage of a pocket trip to overpower her rivals in a season’s best 1:51.8. The nine-year-old Artistic Fella mare notched her fourth success for the season and 36th lifetime and lifted her earnings to almost $US490,000.
Tulhurst Santanna, a Victorian-bred son of Santanna Blue Chip, held off the late challengers to capture the $30,000 Jim Dailey Memorial Medley over 1-1/4 miles at Miami Valley Raceway on Monday (March 20).
It was his 34th win and tipped his stake earnings over $US320,000.
