Down Under Winners from North America – 6th December

Crunch Time, a Queensland-bred son of Somebeachsomewhere, stretched his unbeaten record in North America to three when he scored a commanding harness racing win in a $27,500 race at The Meadowlands on Saturday night (December 3). 

After reaching the top at the three-eighths, Crunch Time, with Dexter Dunn at the controls, coasted to the line with 3-3/4 lengths to spare in 1:51.4. He led home an Anzac quinella with Vettel NZ second and Colossal Stride third.

Let It Ride NZ, a gelding by Rock N Roll Heaven, posted his 12th win for the year and boosted his lifetime earnings to over $US700,000 when he emerged successful in a $25,000 Open at Dayton Raceway, Ohio on Saturday (December 3). 

Leading from the outset, the eight-year-old blitzed his rivals by six lengths and stopped the teletimer in 1:50.6.
