Yabby Dam Farms and Haras des Trotteurs is offering an opportunity to breed to a stallion with progeny making its presence felt in one of the world’s most competitive two-year-old trotting series, the New York Sires Stakes.

Australian-based E L Titan US has youngsters from a small crop more than holding their own with the progeny of some of the world’s highest profile trotting sires.

He has three of the six starters in the $US106,00 NYSS 2yo colts & geldings Final at Buffalo Raceway on Wednesday, July 16 (5.50am Australian Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, July 17).

E L Titan’s runners are Titans Mischief, Angry Pete and Muir Woods.

Titans Mischief goes into the final with a win and second, making him the main danger to favourite AI.

Angry Pete has had two seconds in the NYSS series and Muir Woods has a third to her name.

E L Titan arrived in Australia to join the YDF/HDT stallion roster, having established himself as a sire in the United States, where he won seven times in a distinguished racing career.

His oldest Southern Hemisphere progeny are weanlings.

Two E L Titan youngsters went under the hammer at the New Zealand Bloodstock Weanling Sale at Karaka in February, with a colt attracting the third highest price for a trotter.
