The training partnership of Ken Ford and Amanda Tomlinson along with Branxholme trainer Nathan Williamson have strong winning chances at the Oamaru Harness Racing Club’s meeting tomorrow.

Judy J (What The Hill) takes her place in Race Two for Ford and Tomlinson. This four start maiden is a half-sister to Marcoola and three of her starts have been in Group or Listed company. She last raced in the Ace Of Hearts at Addington in December. This is her first start from the stand.

In Race Four Ken and Amanda have Brian Beatt (Majestic Son) down to run. He’s coming into this race fresh after last starting at Kaikoura at the end of October.

Misty Blue (Sweet Lou) represents the stable in the Nevele R/Macca Lodge Southern Oaks Heat (Race 6). Her form is excellent, and she gets a nice draw at three.

Nathan Williamson has three runners down to start at Oamaru. His day begins at Race Five with Rakamurph (Captaintreacherous). On paper his form looks plain but Williamson is confident the four year old gelding is about to turn it around. He was placed in good company on this course as a three year old.

Flying Ellie (Art Major) and Ruby Roe (Captaintreacherous) fly the flag for the stable in Race Six.

Flying Ellie’s form is excellent, and she draws the best of the two from barrier seven with Craig Ferguson taking the drive.

Ruby Roe who’ll be handled by her trainer, draws barrier eight.
