Ryal Bush trainer Brett Gray has eleven starters on his local track at Winton tomorrow.
In Race One Equine Asset (Raging Bull) runs for the stable. She got back too far at her last start but gets a good front row draw (3) for the 1609 metre trip.
“She’s a little bit weak and is a work in progress,” Gray said.
Hez Blessed (Father Patrick) debuts for the stable in Race Three. The five year old trotter has won both his trials.
“He’s been alright so far. He can get a bit keen and he’s got a few issues. It’s alright running around with two or three at the trials but a big field on race day could be different.”
Gray has four runners in Race Seven.
Sodoyahavtime (Art Major) was a last start winner after getting a cosy trip. He draws seven on the front row.

“It’s a better field. He got a good trip the other day and he brushed home in 55 but he had everything go his way.”
Gray’s other runner Stillyourshot (Gold Ace) doesn’t fare much better in the draw, drawing the outside of the front row.

“He was really disappointing last start but the start before that he went super. He’s just one of those horses. Everything has to go his way.”
Jaccka Henry (Always B Miki) had no luck at his last start and went to the line under a tight hold. He gets a second row draw.
“I’ve got a bit of time for this horse. He’s really progressive. He’s my best bet.”
Gray ‘s last runner in Race Seven, Jaccka Elvis, (Captain Crunch) showed very good form in his first two starts before being given a spell. He hasn’t been sighted at any trials or workouts in the last two months.

“He was out for a bit after he had an operation. He’s a really nice horse but will probably need this run. He’s my long shot for the day.”
In Race Nine Janaka’s Delight (Bettor’s Delight) runs in the Gray colours. She’s been racing against good company and was seen running home at her last start at Wyndham.
“She’s the wee stable pet who’s doing a good job. She’s been competitive against some nice horses.”
Gray has four runners in Race Ten and they’ve all drawn side by side on the front row.
Jaccka Evan (Ultimate Machete) won his last start, but this looks to be a tougher assignment.

“He’s got to have things go his way, but he’s getting there.”
Always Ticking (Always B Miki) produced a big finish for second at her last start at Wyndham.

“She’s racing well but she always does. The faster they go the better she goes.”
And Foxing Easton (Washington VC) was running on well for third in the same race.

“If they go hard and he gets one crack at them he could come over the top of them.”
Ultimate Cullect (Ultimate Machete) was extremely unlucky in the forementioned race, not getting clear until the last 50 metres and finishing fourth.

“She won four in a row and was finding it a bit tough up against those better mares. I don’t think she’ll be too far away tomorrow.”
