Harness racing hits Addington again today with eight races on the card. The racing starts at 12:40pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Race 1

Westar Lad (4) Change of driver and normally a good beginner. Over the odds here
Let’s Go Ringo (8) Coming in fresh with ability. One of the better chances in this field.
Sports Babe (10) Consistent performer who should be hard to beat in this field.

Race 2

Paige (7) Slightly disappointing last start but had excuses. Can win with manners
Sassy Star (1) Nice run after a slow beginning last start and should get a soft run. Needed
Lookslikeatrixter (9) Has been good last couple. Can run top three here

Race 3

Raging On (1) Big on ability and trialling well for new stable. Hard to beat from the draw
Hit The Beach (6) Racing well in stronger fields. Better placed here
Wriggles Rufus (3) Going ok and drawn to suit. Not the worst at good odds

Race 4

U R The One (8) Good win last start and this field no stronger. Hard to beat here
Songbird (4) Disappointing last start but has the speed to beat these. Winning claims
Sheeza Purla (6) Has ability and top driver booked. Can improve

Race 5

Nortie Nortie (13) Has been galloping but allow another chance here. Include
Miss Yo (5) Galloped last start but mobile will suit. Will be hard to beat with no mistakes
La Reina Del Sur (2) Nice third last start and drawn well. Good chance here

Race 6

Sonny Vista (4) Conditions suit here. Should be hard to beat if he can find the front early.
King Arthur (2) Could lob an early lead and not the worst. One of the main chances
The Cobbler (14) Has sound form but place chances look best from the draw. Not the worst

Race 7

Bettor Believe It (5) Coming in fresh and can fly the tapes. Could surprise at longer odds
Missmollygoodgolly (10) Nice second last start and another who can begin well. Include
Katherine (3) Disappointing last start but give another chance. Conditions suit here.

Race 8

Sophia Bromac (6) Good finish last start and weaker field here. Top selection in this field
Sonic Reign (4) Likely to go forward early and distance suits. Include
Sky Vale (7) Checked last start but ran on after. Chance on that run at longer odds.
