Harness racing hits Addington again today with 13 races on the card. The racing starts at 4:44pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

Midnight Diamond (6) Nice run of winning form and good chance of going three in a row
One Over Da Line (1) Trialing well and has a big motor. Looks stronger and stable respect. Needed
Cody Banner (3) Getting better with racing and this looks a drop in grade. Manners needed

Race 2

J T Boe (6) Got close to a good horse last start and similar field. Hard to beat from in form stable
Taketheplunge (7) Disappointing last start but conditions suit. Could be over the odds for this
Quinn (2) Improver from his last start and better draw. Top three chance here with any luck

Race 3

Kyvalley Ray  (4) Looks a good bet here after a nice placing last start. Another tidy run expected
Who’s Ya Daddy (3) Ok last start and a threat to the favourite with a good run in transit
Regal Summit (1) Good effort last start and similar draw. Can sneak into the top three here

Race 4

The Lazarus Effect (1) Solid win last start and a winning chance again from the draw. Include
Double Jeopardy (7) Has gate speed and stable in hot form. Should give a good account here
Song Sung Blue (2) Out of form but improver with a place chance at longer odds from the draw

Race 5

Muscle Sass (11) Better than the form suggests and a very open field. One for longer odds
Nazareth (8) Had excuses last start and well placed here. Could surprise and worth including
Paige (6) Will be fitter after last start at Methven. Should get a soft trip. Needed here

Race 6

Shezsofast (8) Good win last start but tricky draw to overcome. Hard to beat with the right trip
War Cry (6) Should get a soft run handy. Winning claims after some good recent efforts
River (1) Due to show form and drawn well here. Master driver on and could be over the odds 

Race 7

Arafura (2) Running on late last start and big upgrade in draws. Should run top three in this
Winelight (5) Has gate speed and keeps stepping up. Win chance with further improvement
Beside Me (8) Wide draw but does have gate speed. Top three chance with her best effort

Race 8

Oscar Bonavena (9) Fastest horse in the field and will be running on. Tricky draw but can win
Father Time (3) Decent motor and is drawn well here. One of the better chances off the front
Bet N Win (10) Freshened and very good when right. Not sure if 100% fit but can go close here

Race 9

Republican Party (6) Good effort last start and normally steps well. Tricky handicap but can win
Pinseeker (3) Decent motor and is drawn well here. One of the better chances off the front mark
Akuta (7) Missed a run at Methven but looks well placed here. Will be put in the race at some stage

Race 10

Lakelsa (4) Has beaten similar fields. Drawn well on the front and has gate speed. Can win again
Beach Day (10) Trailing draw and better than most in this field. Has to be respected at longer odds
Francent (1) Good finish last start and should get a soft trip on the pegs. Winning claims in this

Race 11

Got The Chocolates (4) Has been huge the last couple and good draw here. Top selection in this.
Rubira (1) Will get an ideal run here and beat this field last start. Good chance of beating them again
Marketplace (8) Money is up so will go a better race here. Tricky draw but can do some work mid race

Race 12

Zeus Lightning (1) Draw suits and massive effort last start. Can go close here with no early mistakes
Jumal (12) Unbeaten but hardest test to date. Might be too good but will be seriously tested here
War Chief (2) Likely to race close to the speed here. Racing well and can run top three with luck

Race 13

Tyrons Strapping Lad (3) Stand could trip him up but no doubting the ability. Trialing well. Needed
Sheila Laxon (7) Top driver booked and tidy second last start. Can do things wrong early but include
Fear And Faith (4) Likely to race close to the speed here. Big reputation and has won a workout
