Harness racing hits Addington again today with twelve races on the card. The racing starts at 4:56pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

Midnight Miki (9) Just run down last start but obvious ability and stable/driver respect. Needed
Sacetas (4) Ok run last start in a stronger field without much luck. One of the better chances
Strikem (6) Just in behind them the last few runs but has enough speed to get into the placings.

Race 2

Renegade (1) Consistent and drawn to be a major player in this field. Top selection from the draw
Delightful Dreams (8) Getting better with racing. Might go close here with a good trip. Include
Twista (10) Drawn to follow the leaders and has the speed to be a top three chance at longer odds

Race 3

Meant To Be (11) Racing well in the North. Should compete well with the South Island 2yos. Needed
Higher Power (8) Another from a strong Northern barn. Wide draw but has to be respected in this
Odina (3) First starter with a big reputation. Tough field to debut in but not the worst. Winning claims

Race 4

Still Rockin (7) Racing well and should be near the lead throughout. Tough stayer who can play a part
Warloch (11) Always running on in his races and conditions to suit here. Will be thereabouts. Needed
Toby Tom B (1) Best draw but out of form. Chance with a soft run on the pegs and a hot pace. Include

Race 5

Bet N Win (11) Big motor and picket fence form line. Fresh up but can go close here with a good trip
Mr Love (9) In good form and has raced ok in similar fields. Toughest test to date but could surprise
Mystic Max (4) Has been disappointing last few starts. Look for a better showing here at longer odds

Race 6

Mantra Blue (7) Wide draw but better than most of these. Should run top three with no mistakes
Princess Meritaten (8) Can finish quickly with the right trip. Wide draw but keep stepping up. Needed
Dancing Desire (3) Decent draw and can run time. Place hope with a soft trip. Big odds available

Race 7

Chase A Dream (3) Coming in fresh but clearly one of the better chances. Has to be included in this
Hadron Collider (1) Getting fitter and conditions suit. Can place at longer odds from the ace draw
Vessem (16) Good form but terrible draw. Top three chance again with a cart into it. Will need luck

Race 8

Stella Rouge (9) Big run last start and dangerous with one run at them. Good winning chance again
Winelight (5) Racing well in similar fields and should give a good sight again in this. Top three chance
Im Sandra Dee (3) Northern raider who has drawn much better here. Strong field but not the worst

Race 9

Don’t Stop Dreaming (11) Classy pacer coming in fresh. Tough handicap but do not discount. Needed
Tact McLeod (7) Decent motor and a chance to go four in a row if he gets a good run in transit.
Mo’unga (2) Ok run last start. Will continue to improve and place chance from the good draw. Include

Race 10

Marketplace (6) Very fast and likely to go forward. Might be too speedy if close enough on the turn
Demon Blue (11) Tricky draw but better than most in this. Improving and has to be included again
Got The Chocolates (7) Wide draw but good enough to make his own luck in this. Winning claims

Race 11

George Eliot (2) Better than the form suggests. Unlucky last start and track stats good. One for odds
Masterly (8) Good form on track and drawn ok. Might press forward early and a good winning chance
Tyron Eros (18) Huge win here last start. Tricky draw but has a big finish if saved for one run. Needed

Race 12

The Big Lebowski (9) Has been unlucky against the best in the North. Big drop in class. Top selection
Borrisokane (1) Best draw for some time and has a good finish. Has to be respected if the pace is on
Jimmy James Maguire (8) Wide draw but running on well in a stronger field last start. Winning claims
