Harness racing hits Addington again today with eight races on the card. The racing starts at 5:08pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Bet:  R2   Holy Hecka

Best Value:  R1    Cappaha

Race 1

Cappaha (9) Has speed and mobile will help. Could surprise at longer odds with manners
Penelope Hall (4) Likely to receive a good run from the draw. Can run top three here
Easy McCartney (2) Mobile a big assist and she has winning claims with a good run in transit

Race 2

Holy Hecka (8) Impressive run for third last start and weaker field here. Hard to beat
Hit The Beach (2) Running on late last start. Winning claims in this field but needs luck
Lord Publisher (1) Conditions suit and he should get a run close to the speed. Top three chance

Race 3

Mighty Reactor (8) Tricky draw draw but likely to go forward. Big chance if he finds the front
Topaz (5) Running on last start and this field not strong. One for longer odds in this field.
Refine (6) Gate speed to lead and then trail. Can stick on for a place at longer odds

Race 4

Missalyssa (2) Gets a head start on the favourites here and can run time. Has to rate highly
Willangus Lad (3) Better last start and front line draw for this. Can run top three
Trot To Chevron (4) Getting better with racing and nice win last start. Top three chance

Race 5

Mystify Me (7) Wide draw hurts but looks hard to beat in this field fresh. Needed
Always B Tyron (5) Trialing ok and small field will help. From a powerful stable and can win
Killinchy Kid (6) Hasn’t had much luck but will go forward early. Good chance in this field

Race 6

Muscle Mountain (6) Winning them in a row and hard to see him beaten here.
Midnight Dash (5) Stablemate of the favourite who should run a place in this. Needed
Sioux Princess (7) Goes well on the track and looks a genuine place chance with manners

Race 7

Dancing Desire (7) Has been racing better fields. Hard to beat with a soft run in transit
Sky Vale (2) Has run some good races here and drawn to trail. Will be running on here
Smokin Annie (5) Unlucky last start and better draw. Could nab a place with luck in running

Race 8

T K Megastar (3) Mobile and sprint trip will suit. Should race handy and has winning claims
It’s So Easy (5) Racing well and drawn to race handy. Should give a good sight here
Silverlinings (7) Has been disappointing but conditions suit. Can run a cheeky race against this field

Race 9

The Coalman (6) Good from a stand and has run time on the track. Has to rate highly here
Katherine (4) Gets a better draw to work with and racing stronger fields recently. Include
Mandalay Bay (10) Finished on ok last start and stand suits. Could surprise in this field

Race 10

Come Together (4) Plenty of speed and might head forward early. Can go close here with luck
Michael Caine (11) Up in grade but speedy and might go on with it now. Winning claims
Watch That Man (6) Racing through the grades and the faster the better. Can go close again
