Harness racing hits Addington again today with thirteen races on the card. The racing starts at 4:34pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

Atlantic City (6) Big run in a stronger field last start. Should go close here and top selection in this
Stormbreaker (7) Racing well at trials and stable respect. Manners needed but has to be included
Massive Merc (3) Big late finish last start and is experienced on the track and behind mobile. Needed

Race 2

Rock Or Bust (2) Disappointing last start but looks a good bet if he can get handy quickly. Needed
The Mantis (11) Tricky draw but good enough to make his own luck in the running. Can give cheek
Melton Enforcer (5) Drawn to play a part and normally a fast beginner. Should give a good account

Race 3

Brett’s Mate (9) Wide draw but has raced better fields in the past. Chance at longer odds in this
Holly Highlander (7) Has run some good races in these conditions. Place claims with a fast beginning
Judy J (10) Mobile will help here. Fence draw and seeking gaps but not the worst in this. Include

Race 4

Dave Duley (4) Goes ok on the track and can run time. Stable respect at this time of the year.
Miki’s Courage (13) Tricky draw but drops in class and fast on his day. Will have admirers. Needed
Tokyo Rose (7) Races well over the shorter trip if she can get handy early. One for longer odds

Race 5

The Coalman (5) Better for the fresh up run last week. Chance at longer odds and should give a sight
Borrisokane (12) Has raced well against similar fields. Should get a run through early. Include
Tempo Warrior (9) Tricky draw but has gate speed. Due to get back into form. Big odds available

Race 6

Renegade (5) Track stats ok and in great form. Good chance again in what is a strong field. Include
Betterthancash (4) Running good races in tough fields. Should give a good account in this grade
Jimmy James Maguire (8) Wide draw but racing well. Can do some work in the running and stick on

Race 7

Duchess Megxit (9) Picket fence form line and good chance of adding to that. Top selection
Treacherous Baby (7) Huge finish last start and getting fitter Might push the favourite in this
Ultimate Racy Girl (3) Normally quick away. One of the major chances in this field. Top three

Race 8

Cyclone Zion W (10) Conditions suit and a good winning chance if can get some gaps. Untapped
Martha Stuart (3) Could be the possible early leader in this. No form but could upset at her best
Bonnie Bagrie (12) Conditions ideal and she does bob up at longer odds on occasions. Upset chance

Race 9

Strikem (2) Big run last start and quick from the mobile. Should race handy and has winning claims
Coba Charged (3) Has raced well against similar fields. On the improve and one of the better chances
Bettors Anvil (7) Tricky draw but better than the form suggests. Look for a good run in this field.

Race 10

Franco Marek (5) Quick beginner who went great in this grade last start. Good chance again here
Wag Star (8) Toughest test to date but no doubting his speed. Hard to run down if he finds the front
Mighty Looee (11) Could get a soft trip on the pegs. Dangerous with one run at them. Upset chance

Race 11

Gold Bullion (7) Conditions suit and a good chance if he gets a nice trip. Might start favourite here
Muscle Sass (3) Mobile suits and can sprint quickly off cover Can figure here from the nice draw
Zoltan Boscik (8) Wide draw but in a good run of form. One of the major chances in this field.

Race 12

Buddha (3) Has been good at trials and likely to race handy to the speed. Top selection in this
Heaven (7) Could be the possible early leader early. Getting fitter and top driver booked. Needed
Brandi Snapp (6) Good form but wide draw. Capable of running top three again with luck in transit

Race 13

Major Happy (2) Conditions suit and should race handy. Looks a good top three chance
Keeping It Kiwi (5) Could be the possible early leader in this. Getting fitter and can place
Auntie Deb (1) Should get a much softer trip this week. Winning claims from the draw
