Harness racing hits Addington again today with eight races on the card. The racing starts at 5:04pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

Franco Hoffman (7) Racing well without luck and small field will, help. Top selection in this 
Off The Edge (4) Likely to head forward early from ok draw. Hard to beat with his good form
Foveaux Gambler (5) Trying for three on end and has beaten most of these recently. Needed again

Race 2

Buffy Northstains (6) Racing well in better fields and suited here. Good winning chance
Elizabeth Hill (5) Conditions suit and better than the form suggests. Could surprise here
Wudabubbit (8) Needs manners’ but has the motor. One for longer odds with no mistakes

Race 3

Ideal Double (8) Racing well without luck and should go close in this. One of the better chances
Bondi Lustre (4) Form has dropped off but goes well on the track. Has to be included in this.
Scarlett’s Legacy (5) Battled on ok at Rangiora. Has the speed and top three chance again here

Race 4

Biggles (4) Drawn to be handy early. Will not need much improvement to go close here
Heaven (5) Ok last start. Beginning well recently and one of the better chances. Include
Changeforthebeta (1) Inside draw and will need luck but back on grit will help. Win chance

Race 5

Fernz Goldy (9) Running on last start. Hard to beat with a quicker beginning. Include here
Kink (5) Likes the track and only needs a safe beginning. Big win chance if he leads again in this
Philadelphia Filly (4) Better draw and has gate speed early. Good chance with luck in running

Race 6

One El (1) Couple of gear changes and an improver here. Needs manners but can win
Ginas Majesty (11) Out of form but usually runs on well on the track. One for longer odds
Majestic Whisper  (9) Always a chance if she can get handy. Will be running home late

Race 7

Flying For Me (10) Has the motor but manners have been bad. Good chance with a cart into it
Bets On  (1) Should get a soft run on the fence. Not yje worst at longer odds from the draw
The Welsh Dragon (6) Freshened and has speed. If fully fit he can sneak into the placings here

Race 8

A Dancing Rocka (1) Due a change of luck. One of the main chances with draw advantage
Don Juan (5) Drawn ok and should begin quickly. Dangerous if he can lead. Winning claims
Ultimate Counsel (7) Another who will head forward early. Place chance here at good odds
