Harness racing hits Addington again today with nine races on the card. The racing starts at 5:34pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

Herb (8) Good recent trial and he gets a good opportunity here. Wide draw the only concern
Rushkinoff (4) Racing well and will be improved here. Looks hard to beat in this field
Rosie Richter (6) Tidy finish in a similar field last start. Big chance with luck in running

Race 2

The River Boy (8) Big run for second last start. One of the major players in this field
Head Em Up (9) Tricky draw but will be ready to run a big race fresh. Could surprise
Penelope Hall (3) Good beginner who should race handy. Solid top three hope in this

Race 3

Don Juan (1) Track stats good and in form. Looks one of the better chances. Top selection
Kowhai Nugget (8) Out of form but getting fitter. Looks a chance in this field at longer odds
Ceeubetty (6) Building nicely and can improve further. Winning claims with a safe start

Race 4

Light Of Da Moon (10) Conditions suit and she finished well here last start. Top selection
Bennie And The Jets (5) Gets a head-start on the favourites and in form. Needed in this
The Fox (16) Tricky draw but has speed. One for longer odds in this field with a quick start

Race 5

Stephs Boy (5) Has the motor to be a threat here and can lead early. Include at longer odds
Smoke On The Water (8) Racing well but wider draw. Has to be respected in this field
Sargent Best (1) Good last start and big upgrade in draws. Will be running on. Place hope

Race 6

Aardie’s Express (9) Coming in fresh but big handicap to overcome. Looks a good chance
Lifes A Beach (8) Likely to press at some stage. Could be hard to run down. Include
Boudica (4) Nice draw and coming in fresh. Good beginner who is a place chance at odds

Race 7

Willison (7) Didn’t get much luck here last start. Fitter and can go close with luck
South Seas Rock (1) Quick beginner who will lead early. Can stick on for a top three
Warloch (6) Has a ton of finishing speed. Will be running on late here and can go close

Race 8

Masterly (2) Ok last start and will be improved. Manners the main concer. Winning claims
Outamyway (1) Better draw here and he did well after working last start. Needed here
Wai Key Wee (8) Good fourth two starts ago and not the worst here. Place hope at odds

Race 9

Tempo Warrior (6) Small field will help and he could be the early leader. Good chance
Glenthorne (5) Racing ok but goes better in front. Big threat if he can dictate in front
McCrikey (8) Racing well but draw hurts. Top three chance with luck in transit
