Harness racing hits Addington again today with ten races on the card. The racing starts at 5:14pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

Olive Cook (8) Driver stats give her a great chance of overcoming the draw. Needed here
Ruby’s A Delight (5) Has been unlucky in recent racing Winning claims at longer odds
Arizonawildcat (6) Normally a quick beginner from the mobile. Chance with a trail here.

Race 2

The Present Maker (13) Raced well last campaign. Has the speed to win with no mistakes
Rachmaninov (2) Likely to receive a good run from the draw. Can run top three at longer odds
Martha Stuart (9) Good second last start but tricky draw. Place hope with a good run in transit

Race 3

Pink Panther Pounce (3) Ok on debut and back to grit might help. Hard to beat in this
Poetry In Motion (6) Ran well fresh up and will be improved. Winning claims in this field
Ann Sophie (7) Late finish last start in a strong field. Can surprise with the right trip

Race 4

Mataderos (7) Will have to trot all the way but well capable of beating this field on his day
Midnight Dash (5) Nice win last start. This is harder but will be finishing on late here
Time Up The Hill (1) Tidy draw and racing well. Should go close to top three here

Race 5

The Conqueror (7) One of the better beginners off the front row. Could make it interesting if he led early
Major Torque (3) Not sure stand will suit but big motor. Hard to beat if he steps cleanly
Bellissimo Acquisto (8) Has been disappointing but better than the form suggests. Place hope at big odds

Race 6

Cougar Express (2) Underrated pacer who will get a soft run close to the speed. Hard to beat here
Tuapeka Lou (4) Good last start and looks one of the major players in this field. Needed here
Commander Ben (3) Quick beginner who flashed late last start. Can go close to top three in this

Race 7

Krug (7) Looks the leader in the race and should be too good for them if he finds the front
Henry Hubert (6) Has run some good races against stronger fields. Can push the favourite
Shan Noble (3) Has a bit of speed and top driver booked. Can go close to top three here

Race 8

Clyde (2) Front row draw will help and he has been good in similar fields previously. Include
Sioux Princess (9) Back to a stand and manners not great. Strong field but could surprise
Chief Of Staff (10) Fast beginner off the stand and good in a stronger field last start. Include

Race 9

Invitation Only (10) Nice win last start. Tricky draw but hard to beat if he gets a cart into the race
No Terror (7) Goes best when leading and top driver booked here. Strong field but winning claims
Artatac (1) Fast beginner off the stand normally.. Can run top three if he can lob a trail here

Race 10

Lumen Caeli (7) Unbeaten but toughest test to date here. Can go close here with a good run in transit
Samhara (8) Better for the last start fourth. Highest rated horse who has a big finish. Needed
Rollyourown (5) Good win two starts ago. Not the worst in this and can win with luck.
