Harness racing hits Addington again today with eight races on the card. The racing starts at 4:46pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Bet:  R8  Straight Flush

Best Value:  R6  Big Mama Morris

Race 1

Quicker Than Quick (2) Has been racing stronger fields. Goes close with his best effort. Needed
The Next Best Thing (5) Change of trainer. Could be improved and must be respected fresh
Belmont Valor (1) Drawn well and should get a soft trip. Place claims after good recent from

Race 2

Shapely (3) Weaker field and she can run time. Looks a good bet with top driver booked
Ester Lucy (6) Has speed but will need a good run in transit to win. Good top three chance
Heaven Forbid (10) Improver from his last start and gear change. Chance with no early mistakes

Race 3

Odina (6) Stable in good form and has a big reputation. Should go close with manners here
Massive Merc (5) Has been disappointing but conditions suit. Gate speed and winning claims
Jupiter Jewel (1) Might get a soft run on the pegs. Hard to see her winning but can run top three

Race 4

Kink (5) Goes well on the track and better run last start. One for longer odds with the right trip
Star Magic (1) Has drawn to get a nice run on the fence. Could surprise from a trailing spot
Avenger (3) Ok draw and due to get back into form. Will need luck here but can place at odds

Race 5

Zia Bromac (9) No form but good beginner and top driver booked. Wide draw but will go forward
Bondi Lustre (4) Has raced well in these conditions in the past. Even field but looks over the odds
Country Gold (5) Slight freshen up and was racing well in her last few starts. Look for a good run 

Race 6

Big Mama Morris (1) Last start was very good and conditions suit. Top selection from the draw
Lord Mudrick (4) Track stats good and in form. Winning claims with a good run in transit. Needed
Almighty Clever (11) Will be better for the last start second. Should get a run through early. Include

Race 7

Noah Magnific (3) Conditions suit and a good chance if he gets his own way in front. Upset claims
Rachmaninov (4) Due to show some form again. Can place but will need a good run in transit
What The Bell (10) Has the motor but tricky draw. Likes to be out and rolling and will need gaps. 

Race 8

Straight Flush (8) Should be improved after a good win last start. Go again in this field. Top selection
Doctor Tim (1) Goes well with a sit and should be finishing on here. Can run top three in this field
Wolf Of Wall Street (2) No recent form but conditions suit and he has gate speed. Upset chance
