Harness racing hits Addington again today with eight races on the card. The racing starts at 1:00pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Best Bet:  R2   Millwood Melody

Best Value:  R4   Yankee Jay

Race 1

Hit The Beach (2) Consistent form and can handle this field. Top selection in this
Trouble Supreme (5) Racing well without luck and change of driver, Hard to
Raging On (1) Better run last start and drawn to get a soft run. Winning claims

Race 2

Millwood Melody (7) Racing well and field not strong. Looks one of the bets of the day
Crimson Rock (2) Drawn well and ran home well last start. Should run top three
Moet Shard (5) Stronger field last start and not disgraced. Include here

Race 3

Bright Glow (7) Disappointing the last few runs but better than that. This race suits
Zsahara (2) Ran well last start and should be handy early. Place chances best here
Majestic Whisper (3) Galloped early last start. Can run into the placings with manners

Race 4

Yankee Jay (6) Consistent form and suited here. Hard to beat with manners early
Apatchofgold (2) Has been unlucky and drops in class for this. Could surprise
Star Magic (1) Has ability but stand start an issue. Good chance if he paces early

Race 5

Loyalist (9) Good manners and racing well. Only needs luck to be right in it
Bettor Believe It (6) Ran on well last start but tricky draw. Can win
Megarock (5) Early speed will see him in front or trail. Winning claims.

Race 6

Franco Cornel (6) Has been disappointing but better than that. Winning claims
Sargent Best (3) Building some good form against similar opposition. Needed again here
Vin Scully (13) Big on ability and better last start. Southern horses have a good record here

Race 7

Aiguille (2) Tidy second last start and drawn well. Good chance with manners early
Ginas Majesty (11) Nice run for second last start and can go on with it. Include
Wynberg Watch (14) Only fair last start but has speed. One for longer odds

Race 8

Sneak A Peek (6) Coming in fresh but very speedy. Can go close at good odds
Mitsi Gaynor (8) Backing up from a tough run on Friday. Hs claims in this
Ruby’s A Delight (9) Might head forward off the gate. Can place if she can get handy early
