Harness racing hits Addington again today with nine races on the card. The racing starts at 5:28pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Cab Calloway (10) Slightly disappointing last start but big run previously. Good winning chance
Betterthandiva (1) Has the form on the board and the draw to suit. Major player in this field
Ruby’s A Delight (6) Form has tapered off but has not had a lot of luck. Could surprise 

Race 2

Bach (6) Has a bit of a reputation and trial form has been quite good. Hard to beat here.
Rakajed (5) A tough horse who is a bit one paced. Can run top three at nice odds
Sweet Mila Jean (10) Tidy third fresh up for in form stable. Tricky draw but has speed

Race 3

Charlie Brown (7) Big winning run in a strong field last start. A similar run would see him go close
McKendrick (3) Trial run was good and John Dunn chooses this one. Strong chance
Black Pearl (6) Impressive winning fresh up at Ashburton. This field is stronger but include

Race 4

Majestic Man (6) Looks to have the measure of this field and will be hard to beat in this
Midnight Dash (5) Coming in fresh and will be running on. Should run top three
The Dominator (4) Will be the early leader but place chances look best. Top three player

Race 5

Chambray (5) Impressive last campaign and stable will have her ready. Big chance here
Dance Till Dawn (6) Unlucky last start and drawn for a better run. One of the better chances
First Rose (9) Not disgraced fresh up. Tricky draw but she will roll forward at some stage. Needed

Race 6

Laver (11) Tough horse coming in fresh. He might be too tough for them if he steps cleanly
Mikey Maguire (8) Quick beginner who is in top form. This is a stronger field but he has claims
Classie Brigade (2) Good beginner who looks over the odds here. Has beaten better fields in the past

Race 7

Fighting Fire (11) Looked like he would win again quickly after his big victory last start. Top chance
Madeleine Stowe (7) Not disgraced in a strong field last start. Good stepper who can go close
Take After Me (2) Ok last start and draw suits. Place chances again here at nice odds

Race 8

Jazelle (1) Ok last start and will finish strongly again. Draw makes her a major player here
Franco Norton (7) Coming in fresh but big on ability. Win chance if he can get handy early
Katherine (3) Going for three in a row but stronger field here. Place chances best

Race 9

A Bettor You (5) From a powerful stable and coming back fresh. Needed here
Live On Legend (4) Likely early leader who will be in it for a long way. Can run top three
Teds Legacy (1) Has the draw to be a good chance in this. Place chances best
