Harness racing hits Addington again today with eight races on the card. The racing starts at 12:35pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Best Bet:  R6  Sonoma Tyron

Best Value:  R8  Beaudiene Quick Step

Race 1

My Ten Guitars (2) Better last start and big improvement in draws. Top chance in this
Moenui Miss (3) Disappointing last start but better than that. Place chance at longer odds
Rushkinoff (4) No form but has gate speed and due to show some form for new trainer.

Race 2

Elizabeth Hill (5) Second last start was ok and should be improved. Winning claims in this.
Freya (2) Well drawn and has the speed to threaten here. Nice chance from the draw
Edward Longshanks (3) Freshened and top driver booked. Has to be a chance if fully fit

Race 3

Eyeliner (3) At her best would go close in this. Mobile and draw suit and due some luck
Beverley Courtney (7) Wide draw but has not had a lot of luck. Could surprise here
No Perfect Princess (1) Goes well from the mobile and soft run likely. Can run top three

Race 4

Pearl’s A Singer (2) Disappointing las start but likely to race close to the speed. Can place
Trojan Princess (7) No joy the last two races but respect driver and trainer. Include here
Magician (10) Tricky draw but no doubting the ability. Good chance with any gaps

Race 5

Changeforthebeta (1) Drawn well and in good form for this. Top selection from the draw
Franco Messi (9) Wide draw and no form. Stable in form and place chance with a cart into it
He’s A Jackalack (2) No form but can  fly the stand and will be improved. One for odds

Race 6

Sonoma Tyron (7) Slightly disappointing last start. Very hard to beat with manners early
Natives Inferno (5) Running on ok last start and looks suited here. Good winning chance
DD’s Super Stuart (2) Much improved run here last start. Even field but has place claims

Race 7

Ocean Breeze (9) Good run for second here last start. Can improve further but tricky draw
Major Performer (8) Unlucky last start running home too late. Go again in this field
Sweet Spirit (1) Good win a weaker field last start. Place claims with a soft run in transit

Race 8

Beaudiene Quick Step (3) Gets an ok draw to use and looks a good value bet here. Include
Santanna Mach (7) Begins well and shorter trip will help. Good chance with top driver on
Big Mama Morris (4) Fitter for the last start run. Nice draw and has gate speed. Place hope
