Harness racing hits Addington again today with eight races on the card. The racing starts at 6:03pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Bet:  R1  Lotus Franco

Best Value:  R5   Kiwi Hero

Race 1

Lotus Franco (9) Racing well in similar fields. Draw not great but can work into the race late. Include
Aspirational Dream (1) Disappointing last start but could bounce back in this. Needed from the draw
Prohibited Bid (2) Top driver booked and mobile should suit. Can get back into form with manners

Race 2

That Is Love (6) Better run last start and front row draw suits. Strong field but has winning claims
Sweet Star Of Mine (1) Big upgrade in draws and running on well last start. One of the better chances
Lizzie Shelby (11) Racing ok and with the right trip is one for longer odds. Top three chance again

Race 3

George Eliot (3) Beat a similar field here last start. Can win again if she gets a good run in transit
Buffy Northstains (9) Getting better with racing. Wide draw but will be running on at the finish
Fight For Freedom (1) Good draw upgrade for this. One of the main players but will need to step

Race 4

Dynasty (1) Looks a top filly in the making with lots of speed. Looks the winner with a lead or trail
The Real McCoy (4) Getting better with racing. Should go close to top three in this from the draw
Teds Legacy (2) Always gives a good sight and hardly ever out of the placings. Go again here

Race 5

Kiwi Hero (8) Conditions suit and a big threat if he can roll to the top mid race. One for longer odds
Shepherds Delight (5) Good beginner who will head forward early. Could surprise hereat nice money
The Coalman (7) Needs a fast pace to show his best. Big finisher if the pace is on. Upset claims

Race 6

Tectonic (4) Good run to win last start and will be improved. Chance with a good run in transit
Andy Hall (6) Loves these standing 2600m races and small field helps. Should run top three again
Paige (3) Has been running on in her last couple. Even field but has place claims at longer odds

Race 7

Bad Habits (2) Huge finish last start. Can improve further and better draw for this. Top selection
Henry Winkler (5) Was unlucky last start and draw suits. Chance at longer odds in this. Include
Captain Kobe (1) Hasn’t had all the luck and driver change for this. Place chance from the ace draw

Race 8

Shards Matrix (8) Running on well last start in a stronger field. Can improve further and go close here
Bettor Be Sharp (9) Looked a run short last start. Wide draw but good enough to make his own luck
Millwood Goddess (1) Goes well on the course and has winning claims if the pace is on. Needed
