Harness racing hits Addington again today with 9 races on the card. The racing starts at 4:30pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Best Bet:  R2   Bannockburn

Best Value:  R4   Million Dollar Chic

Race 1

Wicked Annabella (9) Decent second her last start. Should run top three with manners
Alotoftrouble (6) Running on last start. Should get a good account again with no mistakes
Mister (8) Getting better with racing and only needs a faster start to bein the finish. Place chance

Race 2

Bannockburn (5) Did too much work in front last start and easier here. Top selection in this field
Tuppence (3) Has early speed to be one of the leaders and will be fitter. Winning claims here
Willy Away (2) Improver from his last start and hasn’t had a lot of luck. Top three chance here

Race 3

Artful Bromac (6) Ran home well late last start and similar field here. Good run expected
Ultimate Counsel (8) Quick beginner and a threat to the favourite with a good run in transit
Seaside Pond (2) Better effort last start and better draw. Can sneak into the top three with luck

Race 4

Million Dollar Chic (3) Better draw for this and has been unlucky.  Has to be included in this field
Lorton Vale (8) Has finishing speed and goes well the track. Should give a good account again
Belmont Valor (10) Out of form but improver with a place chance at longer odds with no mistakes

Race 5

Elton J (4) Back to grit will suit him better here. Hard to hold out if he finds the front. Needed
Emma Swan (5) Had excuses last start and well placed here. Good each way chance in this
Ultimate Seisation (7) Will be fitter after last start. Wide draw but good enough to over come it

Race 6

Shadow Creek (1) Good against a tougher field last start. Hard to beat if he stays handy
Carrera Tranquilo (11) Running on last start. Winning claims with a cart into it. Include
Robyns Art (9) Good win last start but up in grade and drawn wide here. Place chance

Race 7

Miss Gracie (6) Freshened for this but will need manners. At her best would go close in this
Brianna (9) Tricky draw but good beginner who might race close to the speed. Winning claims
Lindy’s Rocket (4) Only battled last start but is a top three chance in this field. Worth including

Race 8

Mystery Creek (3) Respect around the trainer driver combo and trialed well. Can win on debut
Bruciebytheseaside (6) Decent motor and ok trials. One of the better chances with the right trip
Crunched (8) Good run last start and fitter now. Will continue to improve and place hope here

Race 9

Don’t Tell Jenny (6) Good second last start and can improve on that here. Wide draw but can win
Lily’s A Star (5) Decent motor and in form. Has gate speed and might go forward early here. Include
Gladys Greenland (9) Freshened and at her best would be a threat in this field. One for longer odds
