Harness analyst – Addington 9th August

Harness racing hits Addington again today with a ten race program starting at 11:50am and in this video we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Addington Friday 9^th August 2020

Race 1

Mossman  he ran some top races last campaign and stable firing. Major player in this field…… Le Tissier has been running on in tough fields and getting fitter with racing. Can win……. Fast Ace has been a bit disappointing but capable on his day. Place chances best….. Lottie Moon striking top form now and draw suits. Can run top three

Race 2

Spirit Of Arden battled on last start but is better than that based on his trials. Good winning claims with manners……. Corravally Star  running on late at his first start and has been ok at workouts. Include here…… Megarock  has been racing ok and only needs a slight improvement to go close to winning this race…… Jake last two runs have been ok and drawn well. Can win with a good run in transit.

Race 3

Sugarinspice looked good running two seconds before disappointing last start. Should go close to winning this. Top selection here…… Tequila Sunset has been thereabouts at his last few runs and mobile will suit. Has winning claims at longer odds. …. Smudgee good win two starts ago. Not the worst here and can win …… Rogie Falls  getting fitter with racing and tidy the last two starts. Will probably start favourite here and can win.

Race 4

Kerala Star ok at workouts but blew his first start with a gallop. Can win with manners….. Zambia tidy run for third in a stronger field last start. Top three player for sure….. Shards Fury good third at first star. Tricky draw but can place with luck…. Magic Mike good third last start and top driver booked. Top three player here.

Race 5

Sweet Loress has raced well in similar fields and over the odds here. Can win with luck….. Arden Messi has a bit of ability and raced a top field at Addington last start. Will start favourite and can win… Jimmy Cannon thereabouts his last couple. Getting fitter and top three player here….. Percy another who has been racing ok and who is due a winning turn Top three claims if he can clear traffic.

Race 6

Eurokash disappointed last start but had excuses. Should be hard to beat here if back to his best…… Wanna Play With Me has been racing well and getting fitter. Manners still a query but will probably head forward and can win ….. Paramount Princess ok last start and will improve off that run. Top three chance from the draw….. Mexicana can’t fault the form and this no harder. Another with claims in what is an even field.

Race 7

Overarm loves the stand and this distance should suit. Likely to head forward and will be hard to beat if he can find the front early ….. Fynn Frost getting fitter with racing and distance the only query. Top three player with a  swift beginning.…… Anamajor in good from and could be the leader in the race. Winning hopes here if he can get handy early…… Morningstar Gold running good races only need a good trip in transit to be a player here.

Race 8

Sheeza Sport blew the stand last start and back to the mobile will help. Tricky draw but look for her to swoop late……. Alexy got another win last start and normally holds his form. Chance again at big odds.… Essence Of Easton couldn’t run down Alexy last start but drawn well here. Can win….. Tony The Pony have to respect the beach training now at the Dunn stable. Tote the guide but can win.

Race 9

Mordecai has been running on from back in the field at his last half a dozen starts. Big improver and one of the leading chances here.……. Bonny's Gem in good form prior to lockdown and has now changed stables. Trial form ok and can win…… Invaluable draw to head forward early . Can run a place and needed in selections….. Sweeney Todd led and held second last start. Can place again with similar tactics

Race 10

Hells Shadow disappointing last start but could be the early leader here. Include at longer odds……. Scared Stiff drawn to get a good run on the fence. Can sneak a place…… I Am Adaline draw to head forward early . Can run a place and needed in selections….. To Ri Caitlin another who should get a cosy run on the fence. Chance if gaps open in the straight
