Harness racing hits Addington again today with eleven races on the card. The racing starts at 11:53am and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Race 1

Off The Edge (9) Won here last start and this looks a similar field. Big chance in this
Topaz (6) Has finishing speed and due some luck. Should go close in this with a good trip
Foveaux Gambler (8) Disappointing last start but better suited back in amateur grade

Race 2

Bonjour Paris (2) Better for the last start run and drawn well. Big chance if he steps
My Royal Break (6) Galloped last start and only needs a safe beginning to go close here
Petite Trixton (5) Racing ok and with the right trip can run another top three. Include

Race 3

Woodlea Diamond (3) Much better draw for this and racing well. Top selection in this
Auntie Deb (6) Getting better with racing. Good form and another top three looks likely.
Aquila (4) Has gate speed and could be the early leader. One of the main players

Race 4

Chicago Bear (9) Tricky draw but has the motor to overcome it. Winning claims in this
Betterwithbling (2) Out of form but has been unlucky on occasions. One for longer odds
Sky Rocket (6) Hard to catch on his best day but worth throwing in to multiples. Include

Race 5

Sonoma Tyron (14) Big runs after breaking the last couple and driver change here. Needed
Maxwell Edison (6) Looks stronger this time in. Should give a good account here. Include
Dem Bones Dem Bones (2) Racing well without a lot of luck. One of the better chances

Race 6

Pearl’s A Singer (5) Slightly disappointing last few starts. Freshened and top three chance
Spiritual Bliss (3) Likely to race close to the speed here. One of the better chances in this
Fernz Goldy (1) Drawn to get a soft trip on the pegs. Even field but good place chance.

Race 7

Spectator (2) Nice draw and usually steps well. Can improve further and go close here
Heaven (3) Another good stand start horse getting fitter. Should go close to top three again
Taumutu Lad (11) Running on late last start and if he can position closer can place. Needed

Race 8

Trail Boss (14) Southern runner with top driver booked. Looks hard to beat with manners
Archie (5) Getting back to full fitness and steps well. Good top three chance again here
Changeforthebeta (13) Up in grade and extra distance will suit. Could surprise again here

Race 9

Major Cheddar (3) Has gate speed and has been freshened for this Good chance here
Cheer Me On (2) Better than the form suggests and top driver booked. Major player
Okiwi Bay (1) No form but should get a soft trip on the peg and weaker field. Can improve

Race 10

Brian Beatt (3) Good beginner. Drawn well and in form so has to be a good chance again
Bonnie Bagrie (6) Should get a run through at the start. One for longer odds in this. Include
Natives Inferno (7) Likely to race close to the speed here. Chance of back to back wins

Race 11

Star Magic (2) Good draw and freshened for this. Can go close here at longer odds
Kink (7) Out of form but can run a cheeky race with the right run in transit. Needed
Izacheapee (13) Better than the form suggests. Chance at odds with a cart into the race
