Harness racing hits Addington again on Show day Friday Nov 15 for another big day of racing with 13 races. The racing starts at 1:47pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.
Race 1 PEEK EXHIBITION – ALFRED HUGHES MEMORIAL MOBILE TROT $30,000, 1980m
1 Buffy Northstains Unusual mistake last start but well placed here from the mobile. Could surprise
2 What The Bell Galloped away on the first day and hard to beat if he brings his manners. Needed
3 George Elliot Another who has been galloping away from stands. Liked here at longer odds. Include
4 Regal Sierra Checked last start but mobile will suit. Not the worst in this with top driver booked
5 Paris Prince Battled on well over a longer distance on Tuesday. Can give a sight back in distance
6 Royal Del Struggled on Cup Day and might be pushed in this. Outside first four chance at best
7 Gift Card Nice win last start and in good form. Would need to go forward here to have any show
8 It’s So Easy Gate speed to lead if they push the go button. One for longer odds in this field
9 Aveross Majesty Out of form and wide draw hurts. Prepared to risk in this. Leaving out.

10 Freya Drawn for a soft fence run but might have traffic problems in the straight. Will need luck
11 My Royal Break Good win fresh but this is harder. Would need all favours to run in the money
12 Forgiveness Looked out of sorts on Cup Day and will need to do some mid race work here to figure
13 KD Royalty Nice win last start but tricky draw and harder field. Outside first four chance at best here
14 Tu Tangata Huge finish on Cup Day and only needs a run closer to the front to be a winning chance
Race 2 MACCA LODGE ‘TRAINED SOUTH OF THE WAITAKI’ MOBILE PACE $30,000, 2600m
1 Wavewatcher Drawn well but some here are stronger. First four chance from a trailing position
2 Rise Up N Dance Had to do a power of work on Cup Day and much better draw. Include here
3 Betting Sensation SCR
4 Franco Sailor Worked very hard last start over the last 900m. Drawn well and top driver booked
5 Itoje Decent reputation and has not had a lot of luck. Opened at good money and will close shorter
6 Ultimate Challenge Not far away last start and although this is harder should handle the trip
7 Hacksaw Ridge Has raced ok the last couple but draw hurts. Strong field here but not the worst
8 Still Rockin Tough and has won on the track before. He can do some work and stick on. Win chance
9 Terra Sancta Has gate speed and might press on early. Not sure distance suits but has to be included

10 Step It Up A Notch Drawn for a soft run and has raced better fields. One for longer odds with gaps
11 Feta Go Fernco Looks like a reasonable stayer in the making but this is her biggest test to date
12 Bobbies Rock Racing well but tricky draw. Will need the pace on to be any chance of placing here
Race 3 IRT SIRES’ STAKES SERIES 2YO CHAMPIONSHIP (MOBILE TROT) (Gr1) $120,000, 2YO, 1980m
1 Massive Merc Ok last start but some here are better. Prepared to leave out in this strong field
2 Queen Kizen Making too many mistakes recently to be confident in this. Outside place hope
3 Ocean Eyes Galloped last start but stable respect in this. Mobile should help and first four chance
4 Frazzled Very tough last start and drawn inside her toughest rivals. Could surprise at longer odds
5 See No Evil Maiden who might be outclassed in this field. Prepared to risk today and leave out.
6 Tarragindi Good debut and will be improved for this. Opened at good odds and will close shorter
7 Atlantic City Has the form on the board and master trainer will have her at peak. Needed here
8 Habibti Pat Unbeaten and should go close to making it five in a row. Wide draw the only concern

9 Ya Rite Darl Good form but tricky draw. Will need luck clearing the traffic but has winning claims
10 Meant To Be Northern runner with obvious ability. Still not the finished product but hard to beat
Race 4 PENINSULAR BEACHFRONT RESORT MOOLOOLABA MOBILE PACE $30,000, 1980m
1 Bettor Be Sharp Nice second from a similar draw on Cup Day. Has to be respected again here
2 Melody Banner Big finish in a top fillies field on Cup Day. Drawn well and looks hard to beat
3 Sandy Shore Battled ok last start but stronger field here. Will struggle to get into the placings
4 Commander Joe Gate speed but will have to work hard to lead here. Place hope if he finds the front
5 Katherine Look unlucky on Cup Day and drawn ok. Place chance at longer odds with a good trip
6 Jack Tar Very tough but will needs all favours here. Should be running on late at the finish. Roughy
7 Mouton Cadet Running on late on Cup Day. Goes best if the pace is on and could run over the top
8 Kowhai Nugget Out of form and wide draw for this. Prepared to risk in this field. Leaving out.

10 Shake A Leg Did well after getting back in the running on Cup Day. Lands a pegs draw and can win
11 Miki Bennett Looked like winning on Cup Day but galloped late. Good chance with no mistakes
12 Franco Humbie Broke early last start and tricky draw here. Does have speed but risking today
13 Tempo Warrior Goes best with a run close to speed and will not get that here. Prepared to leave out
14 Salute SCR
Race 5 ROAD METALS MOBILE PACE $30,000, 1980m
1 Tokyo Rose Solid run last start from a similar draw. Definite top three chance in this field. Include
2 Winnyzback Not much form to recommend and some here are better. Hard to see him in the placings
3 Foveaux Gambler Runs the occasional good race but this is a strong field. Might struggle in this
4 Dancing Desire Very quick if she gets the run to suit. Could surprise at longer odds with luck
5 Deceptive Lee Has raced stronger fields and good win last start. Not the worst if he gets a soft trip
6 Rock Or Bust No go last start in a similar field. Does have speed and trainer respect. Don’t drop yet
7 Magician Got no luck on Cup Day from a tricky draw. Better here and might show some improvement
8 It’s Tough Likely to press forward from the wide draw and has been good in better fields. Place hope
9 Borrisokane Beat a similar field last start and worked hard in the running. Can run time but draw hurts

10 Dave Duley Good win last start but tricky draw. Will be running on late but will need to clear traffic
11 Miki’s Courage Disappointing last start and would need to be driven with a sit here to be any chance
12 Bazooka Solid run last start in a similar field. Requiring luck from the draw but top driver booked again
13 The Surfer Has been racing good fields but down on form. Will need to work from the draw. Risking
14 Next Level SCR
Race 6 LIVAMOL NEW ZEALAND TROTTING FREE-FOR-ALL (MOBILE TROT) (Gr1) $100,000, FFA, 1980m
1 Mighty Logan Big run on Cup Day but hard to see him beating the favourite. Place claims again
2 Fiery Bandito No joy on Cup Day after working too hard in the run. Shorter distance suits but risking
3 Maui Better draw to work with but this field looks too strong for him. Leaving out for now
4 Just Believe Champion trotter with a good draw. He would have to make a mistake to lose this race
5 Muscle Mountain Freshened and at his best would give this a shake. Can he beat the champ? Place
6 Midnight Dash Battling run on Cup Day and this looks harder. Outside first four chance at best here.
7 Love N The Port Got the stitch in the straight in the Dominion. Wide draw and top four at best here
8 Oscar Bonavena Has been good over the distance in the past. Main danger to the favourite in this
9 Eurostyle Wide draw and hard to see him getting into the race from there. Prepared to risk today

10 One Over All Running on last start and drawn to get a soft trip. Can place with gaps in the straight
11 Arcee Phoenix Finished on last start and shorter trip will suit here. Not the worst for a place
Race 7 DUNSTAN SIRES’ STAKES SERIES FILLIES CHAMPIONSHIP (MOB PACE) (Gr1) $200,000, 1980m
1 Winelight Drawn well for this but some here look faster. Place hope if everything goes her way
2 Longview Tui Gate speed at Rangiora but up in class here and hard to see her in the money. Risking
3 Youretheonethatiwant Northern visitor with huge wraps. Better draw and hard to beat in this. Needed
4 Stella Rouge Racing well and might have a dig for the front early. One of the better chances in this
5 Forever Dream Solid form for this after some good runs in similar fields. Place hope again with luck
6 Hot And Dangerous Northern visitor with nice form. Wide draw makes it tough but place claims
7 Im Sandra Dee Drawn wide but has gate speed. Some here look better and prepared to leave out
8 Sweet Maggie Mae Battling against similar opposition and she will go back from the draw. Risking

9 General Jen Could get a soft run on the pegs and can finish on. One for longer odds in this field
10 Captains Mistress Southern horses do well on Cup Week and she is speedy. Has to be respected
11 Allets Out of form and draw does her no favours. Hard to see her running in the top four. Leaving
12 Arafura Draw hurts and would need a lot of luck to figure in the placings. Prepared to leave out
Race 8 MAJESTIC HORSEFLOATS LP ‘THE ASCENT’ 3YO MOBILE TROT (Listed) $500,000, 3YO, 1980m
1 Empire City Drawn to get a soft run in transit. Main danger to the Aussie visitor and needed here
2 Princess Sadie Has not been far away in all her runs this campaign. Top four chance in this
3 Keayang Zahara Aussie champ who is unbeaten and never been pushed. Very hard to run down here
4 Judy J Going solid races but way up in class here. Prepared to leave out in this field. Risking here
5 Father Time Disappointing last start but previous form was good. Not the worst at longer odds
6 Tyron Eros Still green and wide draw hurts. If he did things right could run into the top four in this

7 Paramount Kiwi Soft pegs trip will help his chances. Looking for gaps but can sneak a top four
8 Edward Longshanks SCR
9 Bounce N Beyond Good win last start but this field looks too strong for him. Prepared to leave out
10 Look To Da Stars Racing ok and stable respect. Follows out the favourite but might struggle here
11 Bring On The Muscle Big win at Ashburton and the harder they go the better he likes it. Can place
Race 9 BOB McARDLE SIRES’ STAKES SOUTHERN MARES CLASSIC (MOB PACE) (Listed) $60,000, 1980m
1 Lakelsa Nice draw and racing well but some here are quicker. Top four hope with a trailing run
2 Insarchatwist Out of form and some here look stronger. Best chance is a slushy track but not likely
3 Dance Till Dawn Battling away in weaker fields than this. Outside first four chance at best in this
4 Fernleigh Blackbird Has gate speed and will give some cheek early. Place hope at longer odds
5 Amaretto Franco Racing well but good mares here. Will need a soft trip and one run at them to place
6 Mantra Blue At her best would go close to winning this. Wide draw but top selection in this line-up
7 Sweet Diamond Has gate speed and racing ok. If she can get handy would be a place hope here
8 Mr Kaplan Gate speed and normally goes forward from the start. Hard to run down if she leads
9 Princess Meritaten Has been racing in top form and peaking for this. Should run top three again
Race 10 HILL LEE & SCOTT ‘THE VELOCITY’ 3YO MOBILE PACE (Listed) $500,000, 3YO, 1980m
1 Coastal Babe In good form but up against the boys here. Win chance if she can trail all the way
2 Hes From Heaven Aussie visitor who is hard to gauge against our best 3YO’s. Could surprise
3 Mako Battling runs the last two but previous form was good. Some here look faster so risking
4 Jeremiah Top hope from the North with good form for this. Can get into the placings again
5 We Walk By Faith Out of form and will need to show improvement to figure here. Prepared to risk
6 Renegade Wide draw hurts in this field. Will be running on but place hope looks his best chance

7 Chase A Dream Tricky draw and will be requiring luck. No doubting his ability to win with gaps
8 Vessem SCR
9 Better Knuckle Up Racing well and a place chance with a good run in transit. Has to be included
10 Harrison John Drawn badly for his style of racing. Hard to see him figuring in the finish here.
11 Dreams Are Free Beat most of these last start but draw hurts. If he gets a cart up he is a chance
Race 11 XCM SPORT HANDICAP TROT $30,000, 2600m
1 Four Wise Women Good at her best but not sure the draw will suit. Could surprise with luck
2 Sheza Gift Good win on Cup Day and looks a good winning chance again in this field. Needed
3 El Conqueror Running on on Cup Day and not far away at the finish. Big odds available for him here
4 Masterly Fought on well last start and shorter distance will help here. One of the better chances
5 Samanthas Moon Galloped last start but if she went away could lead them a merry dance.
6 Helloveamoment Normally a good beginner and top driver booked. Not the worst at longer odds
7 Gold Bullion Was running into it when he galloped last start. If he stays trotting he would go close
8 Franco Josiah He would need to lead to be any show in this. Rough place hope if he does lead.
9 Aroha Kenny Good run last start and races well on the track. Has to be respected in this field
10 Rush Running on late last start and normally begins quickly. Should give a good sight again here
11 Cormoran Strike Couldn’t run on after a soft run on Tuesday. Outside first four chance at best here
12 Julie Jaccka Good win on Cup Day and looks a win hope again here with a good run in transit. Include
13 Nazareth Didn’t get all the luck on Cup Day but looked back to his best. Danger with a good trip
14 I Dream Of Jeannie Big at trials before battling Dominion run. Much weaker field and could surprise
15 Jimmy Carter At his best would be a chance in this. Would need manners but can run top three
Race 12 ‘ALLIED SECURITY’ NZ PACING FREE-FOR-ALL (MOBILE PACE) (Gr1) $200,000, FFA, 1980m
1 Alta Meteor SCR
2 Republican Party Huge run in the Cup and better draw for this. Hard to beat with a soft trip here
3 The Falcon Beaten into forth in a weaker field on Cup Day. Hard to see him winning this. Risking
4 Kango Down on his best form and unlikely to get into the placing in this field. Prepared to risk
5 Catch A Wave Ran some good closing sectionals on Tuesday. Better draw and might lead here
6 Ohoka Connor SCR
7 Merlin Did not see out the distance on Tuesday. Better suited here and one of the better chances
8 The Big Lebowski Wide draw but he is tough. Would prefer over a longer trip. Not the worst
9 Better Eclipse Draw hurts and he might be forced to go back at the start. Maybe sneak a top four

11 Got You Covered Outpaced in a weaker field on Tuesday. Couldn’t see him placing here. Risking

13 Beach Ball SCR
14 Franco Marek Not suited by the draw and hard to see him getting into the race. Outside first four hope
15 Aroda Aussie visitor who had no luck in the Cup. Prepared to leave out of combinations in this
Race 13 TERRY McDONALD MEMORIAL MOBILE PACE $30,000, 1980m
1 Got You Covered SCR
2 Helium Better draw and he might lead early. Not the worst in this field at longer odds. Include
3 Fernetti Had a tough run on Tuesday but better placed in this. Will need luck but rough place chance
4 Commander Ben Has gate speed but some here are better. Prepared to risk in this field. Leaving
5 Little Spike Good late finish on Cup Day. Lands a better draw and could surprise with luck in transit
6 Charlie Brown Drops back from racing the best and will probably start favourite. Has to be included
7 Vessem Going for three in a row and stable and driver respect. One of the better chances in this field
8 Mighty Looee Wide draw and out of form. Hard to see him in the money here. Prepared to risk against
9 Da Vinci Racing better than the form suggests. Draw hurts though and would need to get handy
