Harness racing hits Auckland again today with eleven races on the card. The racing starts at 5:15pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Value:  R6   Cyclone Lucky Linda

Race 1

Bangkok Betty (12) Had excuses last start and first two wins were good. Can regain form
Brienne (6) Better than the form suggests and manners the only concern. Can surprise
Wishing Star (2) Good draw to use and conditions suit. Needs to step cleanly but can win

Race 2

Badboybeau (12) Racing well before a freshen up will be stronger. Good chance here
No Added Sugar (11) Tricky draw but has a bit of speed. Can run top three in this
Two Eye See  (8) In good form but draw is not great. One of the better chances in this field

Race 3

Regal Girl (5) Likely to go forward early and beat a simlar field last start. Needed here
Shez Bella (4) Ran well last start and can trouble the favourite if she finds the front early
Southern Diamond (3) Massive after an early gallop last start. Goes close with no mistakes

Race 4

Benjamin Button (2) Has been unlucky and now drawn handy. Could surprise in this
My Copy (1) Likely to get a good run in transit from the draw. Needed here
Lilliburlero (4) Getting better with racing and could be the leader early. Good chance

Race 5

Millwood Nike (6) Has a huge amount of ability and should run top two in this field
Luvstruck (5) Unbeaten and should run the quinella with the stablemate in this.
Sweet Diamond (4) Racing well and has a nice draw but place chances look best in this.

Race 6

Cyclone Lucky Linda (5) Has been consistent and had excuses last start. Winning claims
Jasinova (1) Racing well and conditions suit. Should get a cosy sit on the fence. Needed
Aflyin Spur (9) Good beginner who beat a similar field last start. Can win agaiin

Race 7

Bettor Listen (7) Coming in fresh and will be up handy during the race. Good chance here
Montana D J (9) Tricky draw but looks hard to beat if he can clear traffic. Needed
Mo Szyslak (2) Ok last start and consistent. Place chances again here from the draw

Race 8

Rough And Ready (4) Ok last start and might be closer to the speed here. Good chance
Hey Bartender (2) Manners a concern but big on ability. Win chance with no mistakes
New York Minute (5) Racing well and not the worst in this field . Place chances best

Race 9

Merlin (6) Unbeaten and might be too good for them again in this. Needed
Seve (5) Pushed Merlin close a couple of times last campaign. Can run top three
Frankie Major (4) Racing well but third place looks his lot. Include in exotics

Race 10

Major Perry (5) Shorter trip will suit and he should go close to winning this. Top selection
Ultimate Missile (1) Building some form and draw helps. Can run top three again here
Lady Of The Light (6) Has drawn outside the favourite. Will be running on. Include

Race 11

KD Royalty (7) Has been disappointing last couple but better than that. Mobile helps
One Thirtythree  (8) Tricky draw but will still be hard to beat here. Needed
Ahwel (2) Racing ok and drawn to get a soft trip. Could place at longer odds
