Harness racing hits Auckland again today with ten races on the card. The racing starts at 5:39pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

Ilsas Son (3) Going for four in a row and drawn well. Hard to beat again with luck. Needed
Aardie’s Peak (9) Has raced better fields and galloped at a crucial stage last week. Go again
Sans Au Revoir (1) Ran on late last week. Not the worst with a good run in transit. Include

Race 2

Seaclusion (6) Coming in fresh and looks better than these. Should go close to winning here
Brookside Girl (5) Racing well and is very consistent. Can run top three again in this field
God Dam (3) Up from racing in Canterbury and was racing ok there. One for longer odds

Race 3

Maria Theresa (8) Tricky handicap but normally steps well. Will be running on at the finish.
Emily Bay (6) Better last start after leading. Good chance in this field again from the draw
Aldebaran Pippi (10) Manners the key as she does have the speed. Chance with no mistakes

Race 4

Busload Of Faith (7) Having no luck in his races but a big motor. Can win with a cart into it
Iron Brigade (1) Trialing ok and good draw here. Could surprise in a fresh condition. Include
Precious Bet (2) Tidy draw and bit of a reputation. Should race well in this field with luck

Race 5

Lauries Legacy (5) Has the motor to be a threat here if he can lead. One of the better chances
Kings Landing (8) Ran on well last start. Has to be respected in this field. Can run top three
Liaison (6) Better last start. Not the worst at longer odds if handy to the speed on the turn

Race 6

Hugotastic (4) Looked unlucky last start. Has to be respected in this field. Needed here
Louezyana (6) Likely to press forward at some stage. Could be hard to run down if he leads
Venturesome Arden (7) Good finish here last week. Can improve for this and could surprise

Race 7

Le Major (6) Good finishes in his first two runs in similar fields. Can go close in this
Twista (8) Stuck well on debut and just needs luck in running. Winning claims here
Kada (1) Big finish last start from a similar draw. Will be one of the hardest to beat here

Race 8

Nelson’s Boy (2) Consistent performer. Looks a good winning chance in this field again
Frankie Major (1) Good draw here and he was ok last start. Will race close to the speed
Lincoln River (6) Can not ignore the consistent form-line and should go close again in this

Race 9

Fernleigh Cash (6) Small field will help and stable going well. One of the major players
Simply Sam (4) Will be improved from last start third. Can win on a course he excels on
Hesashorething (2) Could be the early leader here. Underrated and a chance at longer odds

Race 10

Third Time (4) Quick beginner who might be the early leader. Can go close to winning this
Blazing Louie (2) Another fast beginner who might press forward early. Winning claims
Major Memphis (1) At his best would be a threat. Inside draw gives him a good chance
