Race 1

Flyaway (4) Has not had a lot of luck. Grass suits and can run top three with a good trip
Hey Tonight (7) Top driver booked and big effort last start after working midrace. Needed
Betterwithbling (2) Getting better with racing and gets a draw to work with here. Place chance

Race 2

A Reason To Fight (5) Normally steps away and looks easier here. Has to be included
Morrie Afton (11) Last two runs have had merit and is improving. Good chance with manners
Senior Constable Liz (1) Improver from her last start and weaker field. Top three chance here

Race 3

Fox Terror (9) Wide draw but top driver on board and weaker field here. Has to be included
Poison Ivy (2) Has gate speed and should give a good account if she can find the lead. Needed
Real Velocity (3) Out of form but has been freshened and a place chance at longer odds

Race 4

Transtasman Bubble (8) Grass surface suits and she lobs up when you least expect. Upset claims
Diamond Harbour (3) Had excuses last start and well placed here. Good each way chance
Moa Mojito (7) Will be fitter after last start. Manners needed but likes the grass. In the mix here

Race 5

Art Jordan (5) Good against a tougher field last start. Needs a soft trip but can run top three
She’s A Lady (9) Should get a soft run handy. Trainer does well on grass tracks. Needed
Blastfromthepast (12) Freshened for this not the worst in this with a good run in transit.

Race 6

Kairaki Spur (10) Nice win last start and has trialed well since. Will need manners but can go close
Holly Highlander (14) Tricky draw but should go close to placing in this with her manners. Include
Brianna (1) Should get a good run near the speed. Top three chance at longer odds in this field

Race 7

Taketheplunge (8) Nice Addington win last start. Wide draw but can win again with the right trip
Captain Kobe (13) Decent motor and draw is the only concern. Place claims here at longer odds
Bettor Be Sharp (6) Has been disappointing but grass suits and quick improver. One for odds

Race 8

Val Thorens (5) Top driver booked and he has run well here in the past. Wide draw but can win
Prince Teka (6) Quick beginner who will go forward early. Can stick on for a top three in this
Son E (7) Disappointing last start. Will continue to improve and place hope at bigger odds

Race 9

Impressive Shard (2) Has raced well in better fields. Drawn well here and looks a good bet. Needed
Beaudiene Always B (12) Wide draw but better than most in this field. Has to be respected in this
Red Wine Kisses  (7) Good finish here last time and can do some work mid race. Could surprise

Race 10

Style Council (8) Grass suits and normally holds his form. Can go close again here with the right trip
Jake (6) Good form on grass and driver change for this. Could provide the upset at longer odds
Nasana (10) Likely to race close to the speed here. One of the better chances and goes well on grass

Race 11

Miles Away (5) Has been unlucky and best draw for some time. Top selection in this line up
Rachmaninov (12) Better than the form suggests. Wide draw here but tough and has to be respected
Buffy Northstains (1) Out of form but drops in class for this. Not the worst at longer odds

Race 12

Georgie Zukov (12) Has been unlucky and hard to beat if he can find the front. Top selection
To Ri Ruby (9) Terrible draw here but has to be respected on recent form. Will be running on
Chance On Me (11) Out of form but grass suits and has won on the track. Not the worst in this
