Harness racing hits Cambridge again today with seven races on the card. The racing starts at 4:24pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Best Bet:  R3  Stash The Cash

Best Value:  R7   Joes Rock

Race 1

Light O Love (4) Up in grade but good win last start. Can run top three again in this field
President Flynntin (6) Small field helps and has raced well on the track. One for longer odds
Sassy Star (7) Getting better with racing and this looks easier than recent races. Winning claims

Race 2

Bet West (6) Tricky draw but has gone some nice races against stronger opposition. Top selection
Lukaku (7) Racing well and likes the track. Good chance of running top three in this field. Include
Midfrew Lucre (5) Improver from his last start and goes well in amateur races. Top three hope

Race 3

Stash The Cash (5) In good form for this and trotting well. One of the main chances. Needed
Two Francs (6) Ok last start and a threat to the favourite with a good run in transit. Include
Monaro Meg (3) Trotting ok and can sneak into the top three with luck in the running.

Race 4

Kowalski (7) Hasn’t had a lot of luck and a winning chance but wide draw a concern. Include
Hearts N Aces (10) Has improved and going well last couple. Should give a good account
St John Eight (3) Out of form but is in with a place chance with new trainer and good draw

Race 5

Sea Of Love (5) Had excuses last start and well placed over the 1700m. Can run top three
Murtle The Turtle (1) Will be fitter after last start. Can go close here from the ace draw
Kawactus (3) Gate speed to be in the action early and short trip suits. Chance at longer odds

Race 6

Ruby Ridge (9) Good against a stronger field last start. Hard to beat against this lot. Needed
Barsukov (3) Should get a soft run handy with his quick start. Good place chance in this field
Patrick Mahomes (1) Draw and conditions suit. Can upset if he can lead up in this. Top three

Race 7

Joes Rock (8) Drawn wide but fast mare when right. Out of form but should go close in this
Power N Glory (6) Tricky draw but in winning form and can run time. Include in all combos
Salute (4) Trainer change for this and raced well in Canterbury. Winning claims if he goes forward
