Harness racing hits Cambridge again today with eight races on the card. The racing starts at 5:29pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Race 1

Commander Lincoln (2) Good run in a stronger field last start. Should be hard to beat here
Luka Doncic (7) Goes best with one run at them. Can run top three with the right trip
Onetangi Girl (6) Tricky draw but likely to head forward early. Could surprise with luck

Race 2

Lovemeagain (11) Good win last start and should go on with it now. Top selection
Itbetterbenow (3) Getting better with racing. Should go close to top three again here
Kaipaki Jack (10) Drawn to race handy and has to respected with complete manners

Race 3

Irish Whispers (4) Running on here last start and drawn much better. Top selection
Hesashorething (10) Likely to go forward early. Can run top three here with a good trip
Whooshka (1) Speedy mare who has drawn badly. Could surprise if she gets a cart into it

Race 4

Lenny Lincoln (6) Goes well on the course and best draw. Paying overs and needed here
Sheza Mermaid (9) No luck last start but was good previously. One of the better chances
Classic Elegance (3) Trainer respect but will need luck in transit. Freshened for this

Ultimate Moment (5) Likely leader if he gets away quickly from the stand. Top selection
Kimkar Dash (7) Has been racing better fields and will be running on. Win chance
Take The Monarch (1) Might try for the front early. Chance if she lands lead or trail

Race 6

Cyren Shard (8) Normally a good beginner but has not had a lot of luck. One for odds
Bet West (6) Conditions suit and always in the top four. Harder here but can place
Mahia Dreamin  (3) Draw should suit and not the worst in this at longer odds. Include

Race 7

Leo Lincoln (5) Tricky draw but weaker field here and has won on the track. Needed here
Precious Bet (8) Good win here two starts ago and has gate speed. Improver here
Prince Miki (9) Stable does well on the track. Could surprise with a good run in transit

Race 8

Lincoln Cove (8) Nearly won after a betting plunge first up. Will be ready to run a big race
Lincoln La Moose (3) On debut but trial form is good. Good chance if he gets a good run
Bigger The Bettor (1) Drawn to be a good place chance at longer odds. Top three player
