Harness racing hits Cambridge again today with nine races on the card. The racing starts at 5:38pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

Dalness First (1) Has the draw to lead for a long way here. Good winning claims
Piiki Whara (10) Should get a soft fence run from the draw. Major player in this
Mr Wonderful (11) Had excuses last start. Stable normally go well at Cambridge

Race 2

Lou Baby (8) Tricky draw but raced strong opposition last start. Hard to beat here
The Beaudster (4) Good second last start. Can run top three with a quick beginning
Sky Rocket (5) Big swing in draws and better than recent form suggests. Needed

Race 3

Escape The Pace (6) Has ability but doing things wrong early. Can win with manners
Wishing Star (7) Has been good on the track and consistent form. Needed here
Trifolium (3) Better for the last start run and normally steps ok. Can surprise at odds

Race 4

Works For Me (8) Running on last start but wide draw to work with. Winning claims
Acushla Machree (4) Fitter for the last start effort and draw suits. Include here
Justacountrygal (6) Has gone well at trials. Can give some cheek in this with luck

Race 5

Frankie Major (4) Gate speed will be his friend here. Racing well and top selection
Loutenant (1) Disappointed last couple but has speed and drawn well. Include
About Turn (9) Good here previously and fence draw. One for longer odds in this

Race 6

Cyclone Lucky Linda (6) Normally steps ok and distance suits. Winning claims with luck
Con Grazia Love (5) Should get a soft run early from the draw. One of the main chances
American Muscle (3) Manners the main concern but racing well and can win with no errors

Race 7

Bad Medicine (4) Good stepper who can run along if he can find the front. Winning claims
Rough And Ready (7) Gets a head-start on the favourites. Could surprise with a quick beginning
Betterzippit (6) Running on last start. Chance at odds if he find a spot near the pace early

Race 8

Mercury Rising (1) Looks the early leader here. Should go close to winning this
Flyin Tommy (10) Tricky draw again but capable finishing in the placings with luck. Include
Sunset Red (9) Could get a suck along in the trail. Place chances look best in this field

Race 9

Lady Of The Light (6)  Speedy filly with the ouside draw. Needs luck but can win
Perfect Bet (5) Drawn wide but beat a similar field here last start. Major player in this
Forever A Dancer (1) Has the draw to get a soft run and could surprise fresh. Include
