Harness racing hits Cambridge again today with eleven races on the card. The racing starts at 5:13pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Bet:  R5  Little Spike

Best Value:  R2  Paramount Kiwi

Race 1

Kaipaki Jack (4) Nice second when last on the track. Fairly good chance with manners
Barsukov (6) Gear issue last start. Can run top three with no mistakes in the running
Aldebaran Crystal (11) Improving and looks a top three chance with a cart into the race

Race 2

Lincoln Cove (3) Plenty of speed but has been galloping last turn. Can win with manners
Bobby Boy (7) Good form in similar fields. One of the better chances with the right trip
T Bone Walker (4) Oodles of gate speed. Top driver booked and can stick on for a place

Race 3

Paramount Kiwi (12) Unbeaten but tricky handicap here. Top selection in this field
Winners Time (3) Racing well and conditions suit. Can run top three with manners
High Step (11) Stable respect and no doubting the motor. Has to be respected in this

Race 4

Cyclone Jordy (6) Beat most of these easily last start. Should be in the mix again here
Demon Blue (3) Ran home ok last start. Better draw and a good chance with a good trip
Justyouwait (2) Should get a cosy run from the draw. Top driver booked for this. Needed

Race 5

Little Spike (6) Racing well in better fields and unbeaten here. Top selection
Wallflower (2) Likely leader from the draw. Can run top three in this field
Vessem (8) Tricky draw but stable respect and dropping back from a better field. Include

Race 6

Pandora (1) Drawn well and getting better with racing. Top selection in this field
Jaccka Cooper (3) Gate speed and will go forward. Could surprise at longer odds
Apple Of My Eye (6) Disappointing last start. Might lead early and could stick on well

Race 7

Commander Lincoln (1) Has been running good races just in behind. Better draw for this
Aye Aye Captain (5) Not much luck last start and reportedly working well. Can place
Stealers Wheel (9) Should get a soft pegs run. Could sneak a place at longer odds here

Race 8

Sooner The Bettor (1) Has gate speed and hard to hold out here if he gets a soft run in front
Don’t Stop Dreaming (7) Good winning last start and can go close with luck in running.
Merlin (6) Wide draw hurts but stable mate will lead. Tactics crucial but top three chance

Race 9

Oscar Bonavena (4) Conditions suit and should give a good account in the small field
High Energy (3) Getting fitter with racing and a top three chance from the draw. Include
Queen Elida (5) Racing well and mile is right up her alley. Hard to run down if she can lead

Race 10

Hillbilly Blues (5) Conditions suit and should give a good account from the good draw
Dreams Pat (9) Freshened but big motor. Has to trot all the way but good winning chance
Mazeppa (6) Goes best when in front. Definitely a top three chance if he can find the lead

Race 11

Inlouof (2) Track will suit and might go forward early. Can go close on debut. Include
Classic Elegance (3) Didn’t get all favours fresh up. Much better here and good chance
Billy The Kid (5) Has been disappointing but can bounce back here. Can run top three
