Toby Tom B (2) Good gate speed and consistent form. Improver who is hard to beat
Lucifer (5) Nice last start in a strong field. Has to be respected here and should go close
Cee Who’s Bettor (12) Better than the form suggests. Could surprise at longer odds

Race 2

Cormoran Strike (4) Freshened but ran some good races last campaign. Needed here
Ngauruhoe (9) Stable in fine form and good win on Southern debut. Can win again
Buffy Northstains (11) Good beginner who can handle this field with luck. Include

Race 3

Obsession (1) Handy draw for this and distance suits. Speedy and should go close
Classie Linc (10) Good third last start and drawn behind the favourite. Winning claims
Double Time (3) Nice effort in a strong field last start. Improver for this. Include

Race 4

Muscle Mountain (8) Has a big motor and should be too good for this field. Top selection
Mystic Max (6) Nice win last start but this is harder. Can run top three with luck in running
Aardiebythehill (3) Better draw and getting fitter with racing. Can run top three here

Sweet Coco (9) Freshened for this and wide draw but looks hard to beat. Top selection
Black Pearl (8) Wide draw but will be improved for this. Chance with luck at longer odds
Treacherous Miss (12) Stuck on well last start and a chance in a race like this. Include

Race 6

Vessem (8) Too good last start and should remain unbeaten. Top selection in this field.
Miki’s Courage (4) Plenty of grit last start in a hot field. Can push the favourite
Treacherous Baby (3) Tidy trial win but hot field to debut in. Could place from the draw

Race 7

Anything Goes (1) Always gives his best and quick beginning will take him close. Needed
Allamericanlover (7) Much better draw for this and good beginner. Winning claims
Got You Covered (9) Not a bad run last start and could run a cheeky race here. Place hope

Race 8

Aardiebytheseaside (5) Brings winning form to this and looks hard to beat. Top selection
Beach Ball (8) Nice finish last start. Good chance in this field if he can find the front early
Harrison (1) Better draw for this. Winning claims with a trail in the race. Include here

Race 9

Tu Tangata (6) Finally got the run he needed last start. Top selection in an even field
Harold Smith (11) Tidy third last start. Tricky handicap but can place again. Needed here
Unico Vacanza (13) Tough placing last start. Good chance with a good run in transit.

Race 10

Fernetti (6) Liked by the stable and freshened for this. Likely to be there at the finish
Carrera Rapido  (11) Easy win last start. Should give a good account again in this.
Adesanya (8) Tough and extra distance will help. One for longer odds in this field
