Harness racing hits Cambridge again today with nine races on the card. The racing starts at 5:19pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

Sunshine Shelby (6) Improving with recent racing and wide draw only concern. Winning claims
Mydadtheterror (1) Draw upgrade for this. Should be competitive in this lineup. Needed here
Midfrew Lucre (7) Change of trainer and has plenty of ability. Could surprise at longer odds

Race 2

Irish Whispers (1) Gets the best draw and can take advantage here. Should go close to winning
Leo Lincoln (5) Shorter trip might help and he goes well on the track. One of the better chances
Wallflower (6) Wide draw hurts but going ok in recent races. Place chance looks best here

Race 3

Happy Hill (3) Big on ability and has run two good recent races. Top selection and hard to beat
And Remember Me (5) Getting fitter with racing. Can run top three again with a similar effort
Aldebaran Crystal (7) Disappointed last start breaking. Good chance with no early errors. Include

Race 4

Spirit Of Waiheke (7) Has the speed to be a big threat and smaller field helps. Good chance
Xcite Me (1) In form and freshened for this. Draw gives him a good place chance. Include
Ima Sportyangel (2) Better than the form suggests. Drawn to race handy and can run top three

Race 5

Five O’Clock Gerry (2) Has raced well in better fields. Normally reliable early. Top selection
Boss Kenny (3) Tidy front running win last start. Well drawn and a good winning chance again
Ruby Ridge (8) Has good manners early. Always thereabouts and looks a place hope here

Race 6

Twista (3) Freshened after taking on better fields. Might be too good for them here. Needed
Pandora (4) Good draw and weaker field here. Good top three chance with a soft trip
Cracker Rock (2) Ran second when last on the track. One of the better chances from the draw

Race 7

Kaipaki Jack (7) Disappointing last start but better than that. Should go close to top three here
Keep It Klassy (11) Wide draw but can run top three if he gets handy early. Include in this field
Look To Da Stars (1) Hard to catch but on his best day would be winning this. Manners the key

Race 8

Inlouof (8) Best form in the race but wide draw. Will be running on strongly here. Top selection
Mako (9) On debut from an astute stable. Trial form shows he has some ability and needed here.
Classic Elegance (4) Stable change for this Getting better with racing and has winning claims

Race 9

Aardie B Miki (3) Conditions suit and would be hard to run down if she found the front. Needed
Sharkies Girl (1) In good form and should be lead or trail here. Top three placing beckons.
Molly Belwin (4) Quick beginner who could land a handy spot early. Top three chance in this
