Harness racing hits Wyndham again today with eight races on the card. The racing starts at 12:27pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Race 1

George The First (6) Ran some ok races last campaign and better for it. Needed
Johnny Walker (8) Trainer has a good record with debut runners. Include
Cool Phelan (7) Change of trainer and trots ok. Could surprise with manners

Race 2

Teddy Baker (1) Racing well before a freshen up and drawn well. Good chance here
Ngaroma (6) Tricky draw but has a bit of gate speed. Can run top three at nice odds
Donald Trot (7) In good form when last racing. Should carry on with it here

Race 3

Aint No Angel (3) Likely to go forward early and can run time. Needed here
Spirit Of Arion (6) Ran well last start but up in grade. Has the speed to compete here
Katherine (5) Racing better fields in Canterbury and distance suits. Include

Race 4

The Mighty Mondo (3) Has been disappointing but drawn handy. Should go close in this
Four Starzzz Shiraz (8) Old timer with spring in his step. Will be running on. Include
Foxfire Easton (7) Getting better with racing and weak field here. Good chance

Race 5

Who’s Bettor (4) Top form and getting better with racing. Should be right in it
Talkin Unowhat (7) Debut runner who has ok trial form. Has to be rated highly
Goyougoodthing (2) Has a nice draw and trialing well. Winning claims in this.

Race 6

Port Pegasus (7) Has been consistent and this race no harder. Winning claims
Winning Bones (6) Has been racing better fields in Canterbury. Better suited here
Break Out (8) Good beginner who will enjoy the big track. Good value in this

Race 7

Jovial Jay (2) Ran home well in quick time at trials. Primed for this
Jonique (1) Has been freshened and draw suits. Could stick on for a place
Judgement Bay (8) Disappointing last start but big on ability. Could surprise

Race 8

Brigadiers Son (7) Might be close to the speed here early. Big chance if he leads out
Beez Neez (4) Form a concern but track stats impressive. Win chance at longer odds
Boarding Call (3) Could head forward from the start. Runs the odd decent race. Include
