Harness racing hits Gore again today with 12 races on the card. The racing starts at 12:05pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Race 1

Jay Bee Hill (5) Ok last start in a stronger field. Normally safe away and can run top three
Majestic Challen (7) Front row draw will help and only needs manners to be a threat here
Madison’s Moon (9) Plenty of ability and trotting all the way is key to her chances. Include

Race 2

Itsallaboutthemoney (3) Nice draw and stuck on well last start. One of the better chances
Hillary (5) Has early speed to be one of the leaders and will be fitter. Top three claims
Freedoms Beauty (6) Better run last start and might go on with it. Could surprise with luck

Race 3

Son Of The Cleaner (4) Hasn’t had a lot of luck but conditions suit here. Good run expected
Shandon Bells (8) Ok last start and upset claims with a good run in transit. One for odds
Blithe (6) Out of form but slight improvement last start. Can sneak a top three with manners

Race 4

Jaccka Elvis (3) Likely to race close to the speed here. Great chance from the draw. Needed
Rakamick (13) Tricky draw and disappointing last start. Give another chance here. Include
Nana’s Little Terror (4) Driver change and not the worst with a soft trip. Place hope here

Race 5

Here’s Johny (7) Top win last start and should handle the grade rise. Top selection here
Keltic Tiger (8) At his best would go close in this. Wide draw but does have a big finish
Montage (9) Will be fitter after last start. Trailing draw and should get a soft trip. Include

Race 6

Nubliah Chamay (2) Can step and run time and grass suits. One of the better hopes in this
Granny Rose (5) Quick beginner suited to grass. Winning claims with a soft run in the trail
Petite Trixton (1) Tidy run last start and a big chance if she steps away. Has to be included

Race 7

Mack Pack (6) Running on last start and easier here. Will be hard to beat with a good trip
Lord Fantasy (2) Disappointing last start but good draw amd can go close to placing here
Always A Menace (10) Good form and has a big finish when saved for one run. Needed

Race 8

Still Rockin (7) Goes well on grass and is tough. Distance ideal and has winning claims
Homebush Lad (8) Decent motor and finished on last start. Distance on grass is his forte
Bobbies Rock (5) Will continue to improve and place hope again on a surface he loves

Race 9

The Orange Roughy (10) Has raced better fields and grass suits. Hard to beat in this
Stillyourshot (3) Good draw and his second on grass two starts ago was good. Needed
The Wulver (1) Big upgrade in draws and should race handy to the speed. Good chance

Race 10

Practical Magic (2) Track suits and solid run of recent form. Can go close here. Include
Hidden Talent (9) Two good wins the last couple including one on grass. Will start favourite
Julie Jaccka  (6) Likely to race close to the speed here. Has won on grass and top three hope

Race 11

Tuneinsportsfans (3) Track suits and will probably lead here. Can go close. Needed
Forty Wives (2) Out of form but drawn for a run near the speed. One for longer odds
Follow Me Fantasy (4) Likely to race close to the speed here. Could be paying overs

Race 12

Netherton Franco (11) Grass suits and has a good finish in her races. Top selection in this.
Mouton Cadet (9) Better than the form suggests. Inside draw here and will be running on
Magnetic Beckers (4) Another who will appreciate the grass. Not the worst at longer odds
